My mom moved into Kind Hearts, and so far I think the service is good. There's only three women and one man, although the capacity is three women and three men. There's always two nurses permanently on staff constantly watching the patients. I've seen the food they get, and it is very healthy. They have colorful salad with grilled chicken, which looks really delicious. The food that I've seen there so far shows they're very attentive. Even though it's hard to understand my mother speak. They brought her to the kitchen table and listened to her while she talked her heart out. That made her happy, then they all went back to watching television or playing bingo. The fact that they put the time to give her that attention means a lot. She's getting two salads a week, which is more than what I can do for her at home. The facilities is a one-story house with a kitchen with a dining table, there's a TV room with couches that recline. The bedroom and bathroom are all very close together, one is a double room and one is a single room. There's also a beautiful backyard. When the weather is nice, people can go out into it and there's a fountain and bird feeder. I know they have a program and they're trying to do therapy because another resident has dementia. They really made sure that my mom would be able to maintain the doctor that she's had for the last couple of years. I think the value for the money is average compared to the other places I've looked at.

Kind Hearts Home Assisted Living is an excellent facility. It's a very small home. The staff has been excellent, very caring, and very knowledgeable. My mother is very happy. Everything is perfect. We couldn't ask for a better place. The food, dining, and medical care are just great. They have physical therapy and occupational therapy. It's very clean and very comfortable.
