My grandmother has been living here for 8 months and she is well taken care of. Because she moved in the midst of the pandemic, visitations have been limited to 30 minutes with the appropriate safety precautions in place which is understandable keeping my grandmother safe. In the absence of longer physical visits, our family have frequent video visits with my grandmother. The staff is very nice and personable knowing me by name. Although the rooms are smaller than I expected, they are clean, well kept, and all the space my grandmother needs. The food must be good because my grandmother always talks about how she likes the food. The Director and Assistant Director is very responsive whenever I have questions. I feel as though my grandmother is part of a family and not just another number.

Our tour at Inspirations Assisted Living & Memory Care of Linthicum went wonderful. The staff was very friendly. The place was very nice and clean, and the people sitting there looked wonderful. They didn't know I was coming because I was across the street when they called. So it was like an unscheduled visit and everything was very nice. The food smelled wonderful coming out. Everything looked wonderful there. The room had a bed with a TV, a bureau, a chair, and then a full bathroom. It was small, but that's all they needed. The lady showed us the activity room and there were rocks painted in the windows. She said they try to do activities every couple of days with them. The staff was wonderful. They were very nice and very concerned. When the lady was talking to me, a resident was starting to get out of her wheelchair and running to her. She excused herself and said that the resident's more important, which was true, and I agree with her. They were great.

My mother is in Inspirations Memory Care of Linthicum now. So far I'm satisfied with them. They provide trips for the residents, but because of COVID it's limited. However, they do take them out like for ice cream just to get them out of the community. So far, the staff has been very receptive. Even though I have to make an appointment to visit her, they are very good at accommodating us. I talked to the assistant director, and any time I had questions she answered them and gave me immediate feedback on anything I have questions about. The individuals that work there know me by name. I have to ring the bell and they come and take anything I drop off to my mom. They let me know whether or not the things I brought over there were helpful, like my mom likes that or my mom uses this, but they don't allow you to come in and infect the other residents. They limit your visits to 30 minutes at a time, which I think is good; they work with you. The room that she's in is clean and they provide everything so far that I think my mom needs. They're one of the more reasonably priced places. I was shell-shocked at how much they usually cost.

Inspirations Memory Care was a smaller setup than others. They only had one memory care capability for people who were very advanced in their memory problems and people who weren't so advanced or were better. It wasn't so impressive to me initially. The person I talked to was not in charge of the place, so she wasn't able to provide me as much answers vividly as I would've hoped. It wasn't a nice fit for my wife because it was smaller, and I didn't feel as comfortable with it.

She's settled at Heart Homes At Linthicum. It was clean and very personable, and it wasn't too large. Everything was good. There are planned activities, and she participates in painting, jewelry making, and exercises.
