Friendship Place offers assisted living in five private and semiprivate apartments. Staff is on hand 24 hours a day to assist residents with activities of daily life, including bathing, transferring, and medication reminders. The facility offers speech and occupational therapy services, and seniors receive a monthly check-up by a doctor. Meals are prepared to cater to individual dietary needs.

Seniors are encouraged to take part in the daily recreational activities arranged by Friendship Place. Communal indoor areas can be used for reading or relaxing, and there's a computer room and on-site barbershop for residents to use.
