Weinberg Manor is newer than the other ones. It's not as large because it only has four floors. They have a laundry facility and a trash facility on each floor. They have a library and a convenience store. They also offer an eat-together program and transportation to the market. They have a business center, too. The staff was very friendly. They took us on a tour of an apartment and the laundry room. They showed us the way to the convenience store. They have a few areas where you could sit and entertain company. They even had a little cafe. The apartment appeared to be larger than the other ones. The eat-together program is the program they have if you want to sit down and talk with the other residents, and you all go eat together. But everybody has their individual apartment or studio where they can cook their own food. There is plenty of parking. It's very clean and very quiet.

The tour with Weinberg Manors was great. We toured it for my uncle. The facilities are good, and they have a lot of options for the seniors as far as recreational activities to do. We didn't get to see any units because there are none available right now. The staff was very helpful. The parking was good, and the grounds were very well-kept as well. They had a porch out front of the building where some of the seniors were sitting. The staff was very, very knowledgeable and very pleasant. I'm glad that we were able to meet with her. The residents can cook in their units. The staff showed me an area where they have things going on like bingo and stuff like that. If you wanted to have a family dinner, they also have an area or space reserved for that that's private.

Weinberg Manor South was gorgeous. It was absolutely beautiful. Even the residents that I met who were coming in and out were friendly and they seemed to enjoy the place. They had no complaints, which was good. They had a pool table, rooms where you can invite your family over for dinner, and another room where they gather and meet and watch movies or games. It was set up nicely. They had a lot of different activities that they could do and they had a table where they listed all the activities and what they would be doing for that week. My brother asked all his questions and the staff got them all answered.
