I am a resident of Complete Care at Heritage. What I like best is the therapy and nursing. Some of the management is being taken over by a new group. I don't know who it is, and ever since I started talking to a new social worker whom I had never met before, and that is when all this stuff started coming up. The staff, you got both ways. You have good, and you have staff that don't want to be there. I have a very hard time with the food. They have new owners who started to fix up new bathrooms and new tiling. So, they're doing the best they can with what they have, and they do keep it clean. The activities are very good. They do a lot for the people. They do whatever they can for the people that cannot do it. They go out of their way. They do exercising, singing, and working out. They put up movies and stuff like that, and on Sunday they have their own church service.

the rooms are shared by three people in a very small room. the food giving is very small portions. Most the staff are friendly, but they make spend a lot of time in the break room! they do not make enough rounds in the sub acute areas. When arriving for the first time checking in : the administration will call family members with harassment and demand and threaten to take full custody of your loved one if you dont prove of means of Payment for room: Even though Health insurance will Pay for a full 100 days. the nurses are great: but the administration is Heartless and Only care about getting your money and Everything your loved one OWNS ! This nursing home needs a complete make over with the administration. I Would Not Ever recommend this nursing home for anyone who cares and loves there loved ones !

BEWARE!!! My father went here just for rehab to strengthen his legs to walk better. In over 2 months, he never left his room. They would drop off his food at the foot of his bed and he couldn't reach or eat it. 3 family members saw this at different times. He lost so much weight. Vascular Physicians Assistant Aaron told me my father needed surgery right away because his legs are extremely blocked and that it could kill him. THIS WAS A LIE!!! He had his legs scanned 1 week prior at a hospital and the scans were good. ALL FOR MONEY!!! BEWARE of Complete Care at Heritage!!!

The Heritage Center in Baltimore is not good. The food is the worst. My friend lives there and sometimes he doesn't eat because the food tastes so bad. Also, the other day he got a salad for lunch and it only had three tiny pieces of chicken. These people are like prisoners in there, especially now because of the pandemic. They don't even let them go outside their rooms. No one can visit them. The only thing they can look forward to is their food, and it is horrible. I don't know why they don't let them go out to get some sun. They don't have to go all out at the same time. They could take them one by one and set them 6 feet apart from each other and do this with a few of them. They can be there for 15 minutes and then they can go inside. Something has to be done. This nursing home is sad, you go there just to wait for death. Please do something to fix the food and to let the residents have some outdoor time and some activities. Also please give the residents their pills on time. My friend many times has waited for 3 hours to get his medication. Even when there was no pandemic things were bad at this place. Old people are people too. You wouldn't treat a five year old like you treat these residents. I beg you to improve and be more humane. Thank you for reading this.

We choose Heritage Center because it is close to home, and my dad has been there for rehab one time. The staff is good, and the service is fine. They have activities like bingo and stuff. He likes the food. The rooms are very clean.

My aunt has been in Heritage for eight years after her hospitalization. She never had a bedsore so they did take good care of her. She had a caregiver that was very good. They can improve on cleanliness.
