My mother is staying at HeartHomes at Bay Ridge. She's on level 2 memory care. She can still feed and dress herself, but she needs reminding. She needs help brushing her teeth, and she needs help with medicine. We've been pleased with the care she's getting. It's a smaller place, so they don't have a ton of activities. I like the people there a lot, that's why we've been there for so long. I like the facility. It's pretty much the basics, nothing real fancy, but it's nice. They have special events from time to time. They have local musicians come in and play for them and they have 4th of July cookouts and stuff like that. They play cards sometimes. On Tuesdays, they have some activities. There's just not a ton. I like the fact that all of the rooms have their own bathroom. They're all single rooms. It seems to be clean there for the most part.
