Savannah Grand of West Monroe is a great place. The staff is always willing to help you. If I have to go in a facility, that's where I'd like to go. My in-laws are in the Alzheimer's unit and they're able to go outside. They're not stuck in a room. It's well staffed and they're very well taken care of. They have a nice room and a private bathroom. They have someone that comes in and plays music for them once a week. They can go out and watch TV and interact with other residents and they celebrate their birthdays. Their food is very good. It's very easy access. My father-in-law is able to walk the halls and build his strength up.

My tour of Savannah Grand of West Monroe was fine. It was a little bit smaller than what I would like my mom to be in as far as the overall space. But the tour host was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I absolutely love Savannah Grand of West Monroe, but I'm going to have to marry rich to afford it. We had the tour scheduled on a Saturday. All they did was walk me around and let me look at the rooms. They couldn't answer any questions at all. It was kind of a waste of time, and I have to call back later. It was very, very lovely. It was very clean, and it smelled clean. The residents there seemed very happy. When I came through the front door, they had a chalkboard sign that said welcome with my name. I thought that was a really nice touch. They had really nice courtyards and different areas, whether it was memory care, assisted living, or nursing home. All of the rooms had a shadowbox on the outside, where family members could put pictures. It was really nice. I had not seen that touch in any other facility before. There's assisted living, nursing home care, and memory care. For an additional $300 a month, they would have somebody come in twice a day to administer medicines; it's not included in the flat fee. The staff during the tour was absolutely lovely.

I visited Savannah Grand of West Monroe assisted living. Everything was excellent. It was cheerful, very well organized, and they were very helpful. They seem to have a lot of activities too. I was very excited about it and my mom acted very excitedly about it so we felt like it was the place that she was ready to go to. There were games played in one room, there was a movie area that they were providing, and there was a hairdresser and a spa area too. It was a very nice facility. The person who assisted me was very friendly. She knew all the questions to her answers. She encouraged my mother to move in, and that they would be able to accommodate anything that she needed to be done.

The Savannah Grand of West Monroe was very decorative, ready for the holidays, and ready for the fall season. It was beautiful in there. It was pretty looking on the inside and they had a fancier decor. The staff was very helpful and very kind. We also spoke to a resident that was outside with her little puppy and she was so sweet, and she said, 'I've been here for two years. I love it. This is my home.' We saw an apartment and it was very nice. You bring your own furniture. They have breakfast, lunch, and supper, and they're all on time. They have a nice dining room. They go in and sit down, and they serve them their food, and I like that. They wait on them and serve them, and I like that a lot. They have puzzles, bingo, and arts and crafts. They were out to the park and they looked at all the fall colors. When we were getting ready to leave, they were bringing all the guests back in and they were so happy.

I went to Savannah Grand of West Monroe. I really liked everything, but it was about $1,000 more a month, and it was a little bit out of our price range. The staff was nice and knowledgeable, and she'd loved to have us there. I really liked the rooms there. There were several ladies sitting around talking and visiting. In the mental ward they had a TV, it was a large room, and several couches where they could sit around and watch TV, and they had like a little kitchenette where you could get coffee or maybe little snacks, cookies, and stuff like that.

Savannah Grand of West Monroe was very nice and a little bit newer than others. The room was pretty clean and nice. I've visited people there and the staff was very professional and kind. They were singing, had group participation, bingo, and domino.

Savannah Grand of West Monroe was more expensive. The layout was good, and everything was fine. The staff was great, and we got along fine. The facilities -- like the dining room and game room -- were very nice. They take them shopping on certain days, and they take you to doctor's appointments. They didn't have wheelchair accessible vehicles, but they have three meals a day and a nice lobby out front. It was nice.

This place is disgusting . The bosses don't care , she wants people that don't care about the residents to work there. My dad is there and I am totally disgusted with how they treat him.. They never watch their residents and they are very disrespectful and rude. Do not go here if you want good care. They also do not ever have anything that is needed always running out , the residents always have to go without in the alzeimers unit and it's just very disturbing . I do not recommend this nasty place.

My mom is in Savanah Grand. I like that everything is pretty straight forward about the facility, and we spend quite a bit of time evaluating it. The apartment is very nice. They have a waiting list there, so when one becomes available, you have to make a decision pretty quick. I stayed there a couple of days with mom after I have her move in. I enjoy the food.
