My husband is currently in The Healthcare Resort of Olathe. They have not even given him the rehab that he was supposed to have while he was there. There's not a whole lot that I can put on the best side, but the least side - they're lazy. They allowed their rehab department to dictate what goes on with your loved one there. Great place to live

My mother has been a resident since 2019. The staff is caring, friendly, and quick to address a problem. They serve a variety of food that is delicious and healthy. Snacks are always on hand. My mother's room is spacious and provides her comfort and safety. The center offers a variety of fun activities such as bingo with nice prizes, and outside BBQs, They also provide free food trucks and also great family nights, I think that Halloween is my favorite. My dad was a resident of The Healthcare Resort of Olathe. If there was a low score of zero, that's what I would give them. It was a horrible experience. They need to improve on cleanliness, responsiveness, and just overall level of care. My dad had a situation where he needed help. He couldn't get up to go to the bathroom, and they weren't checking on him in the middle of the night. He would sit in soiled pants for hours.
