I am a current resident of this place and it is tops in my opinion the staff the front office and the facility is some of the best i have ever had care for me and i would recomend them to anyone. Since the new Administrator had come in things are on the up and up and the decor is nicer and the food has increased dramatically in taste and flavor. hanks pinnacle ridge for taking great care of me.

COULD BE THE MOST INCOMPETENT NURSING FACILITY IN THE STATE OF KS! Do not choose this facility and beware that they will tell you anything to get the patient thru the door. Once the patient is there, they have NO intention of properly preparing the staff or in doing what is in the best interest of the patient. Our stay lasted about 36 hours and ended with a traumatic brain injured patient being arrested, handcuffed and taken to the ER. The ER doctors were completely confused as to why the patient had been manhandled instead of kindly and respectfully redirected. The staff at Pinnacle are completely inept and the administrative staff is obtuse! Unfortunate that I ever accepted a second phone call from this facility. Take my advice and do not choose Pinnacle Ridge!

I have visited here recently and I think that out of a lot of places I have visited this is one of the tops. They seem to be going under some changes from staff to quality of care for residents and making it a more home-like environment. As this does take time I can see that the process has started and I know it's going to go in a great Direction.

People don't seem to care about patients here, just doing a job.

If I could give them a negative score, I would have. Most filthy facility, rude and uncaring staff I have ever witnessed!!! I am flabbergasted at the darkness and despair I feel upon walking through this facility. Please if you love you love one, do not send them here!!!!

My mother-in-law is at Pinnacle Ridge. It is depressing, but it is clean, and the staff is pleasant. My mother-in-law has been there for two months now. She has Alzheimer's, so she doesn't participate in a lot, but they do encourage her. Also, she seems to know everybody, and she gets along well with them. They have activities, they take them to places, they play bingo, and on Friday, they have a little TGIF celebration.

WORST Nursing Facility I have ever seen. The employees seem to think that checking Emails or texting friends is more important than the welfare of the residents. The food is atrosius! I have no word to describe the food and dietary staff practices. I would see lights on for residents requesting assistance at the same time watch the staff ALSO noticing the lights yet nobody would step up and go assist them. The cell phones need to go and the kitchen staff and food prep people need additional trainig regarding food safety I'm glad my mother no longer resides there. DO NOT send your loved ones to this facility. They will be ignored and not cared for properly.

Thought it was a great place, very clean and all of the staff is very friendly from the CNA's to the Administrator. I especially liked the Alzheimer's locked down unit, where my dad is now. while I was there they had Don Milsap singing old country and rock song, he does that for them once a month and my dad love it! Great quality of long term care and for Alzheimer's residents too!

I love this place. My mom is 93 yrs old and has lived here for 3 years. It is a very clean place and I love the staff. It is very professional but still gives the ones living there a sense of home. I highly recommend this place.
