We toured The Fairways of Ironhorse. The place is fabulous. It's nice and clean and it's right on the golf course. We had lunch there, which was good. Their pricing structure was a little different, but it is doable. They have one-bedrooms and two-bedroom-two-baths. They're quite long rooms. They have an underground garage, but they charge you for it for a hundred bucks a month. They have a washer and a dryer in the unit. It's very impressive. However, they don't have assisted living. The staff who assisted us, his name is John, and he was super nice. He invited us to lunch, and we had lunch there. For amenities, they had everything. They had transportation to shopping and to doctor's visits. They also had group activities.
