My mother likes The Gardens at Jackson Creek. It's very friendly, very clean, and we're pleased with it. They have breakfast, cards, bingo, birthday parties, and crafts. She seems to like the food OK. She hasn't said anything that she doesn't like. Everybody's been very helpful.

The price at The Gardens at Jackson Creek was pretty good, but the minute I walked in it, I smelled vinegar. I just got a vibe of a nursing home. That's what it felt like, and I couldn't live there. It's clean. Don't get me wrong, but it just looks and smells like a nursing home, and I am not in a nursing home yet. I didn't see many residents. I saw residents that were in wheelchairs. There were a handful that were sitting at the table in the dining area that were playing cards. It didn't give you the vibe of a lively place to stay. I didn't get that feeling. It's just like "We're here to die, and that's it.", but maybe I didn't meet that many people. Maybe I came at the wrong time. The one bedroom was very nice. The living room was very nice. Then you have the two bedrooms, but the living room is smaller. They have a balcony. It was clean, and the lady I met was very nice.

The Gardens at Jackson Creek was very nice and very clean. I was just amazed that the apartment was so open and there was a lot of room in it. The gentleman that showed me around knew what he was doing and was very kind. They had a pool, a hot tub, a salon, and a real open area for getting together with the other residents. It's a really nice place.

Tired of being ran over by people on scooters. Management bad mouths anything they disagree with. Just prepare yourself for a guilt trip by management when you move out. It is a very nice community but apartments are tiny. Never really used any amenities although they nice.

The rooms at Jackson Creek were very nice but smaller than what I wanted. The staff was fine, and everybody was nice. It's one of the places I'm considering, but it's farther away from where I wanted to go. They have a really nice dog kennel where you can put your pets. It was pleasant and would be a good place to live. However, they didn't have a place available at that time.

The Gardens was a good place for my mother-in law. The staff was very friendly. It's a very clean place with well kept up flowers and landscape, and everything is beautiful. It's kept nice and clean. However, the food is paid for separately and catered by a company.
