My father has moved into The Rose of Waterloo last week. There is a monthly charge for that and then you get five emergency calls included with that monthly charge. They always wear the emergency pendant and there is a charge for that per month, too. If you need help with things, they have it all listed and what it would cost per hour to have that assistance. They have lunch and dinner seven days a week. There's always a nurse on site, 24/7. They have a calendar of activities like bingo, dominoes, and even some religious types of activities. They have a salon on site, and then they have a community room where a lot of the activities are held. They have a whirlpool bath, but you have to pay extra for that. All the rooms come with a microwave, a stove, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. They are all 1-bedroom apartments, they don't have studios. They have outdoor parking all around the building and a good number of residents have cars. Some of the residents don't even use the lunches and dinners, so they'd have to do groceries or eat out for breakfast.
