My wife is here. They really seem to care, and everybody seems to get involved, and everybody seems to be in a very good mood. They try and do what they can. Everybody's really great and very helpful. They will take them on a little bus ride around the area there and then stop at a Wendy's or something and get them a Frosty or something.

We liked them, and they're structured for the memory care option. The staff who gave us the tour had only been there for 4 months and she had good knowledge of the system, but she wasn't able to fully answer on a long-term basis. The staff there interacted with the patients and they knew their ins and outs. It was a very nice feeling. They were doing some updating, but it was very nice.

It was beautiful. The staff was very helpful, and the rooms were extremely clean. They had a nice family gathering area with a fireplace and a big TV. They also had an outdoor garden/patio area.

My mom is a resident here. The rooms are nice, and it's a very nice community. They have exercises, games, and activities for the residents. The last time we were there, she was watching a movie in their movie room. They are very friendly, and the staff is excellent.

The quality of services Barbara receives is excellent. She came to Heritage Point on May 10, 2016 after having been in another facility where they did not keep her clean. Her care at Heritage Point is great. She is kept clean, has loving care, good activities, good food, good meds administration, and my family and I are very happy with her care.

The layout was very nice. They have different teams that they have setup through to help the residents think of their past. We liked the rooms a lot of better like the shower facility, which we thought would be a lot better for my father. They had 3 or 4 different areas for the residents to eat, smaller so that it wasn’t like a huge cafeteria type of place. I was really impressed.
