The facility is extremely clean and homelike. The staff are all friendly and you can observe that the enjoy what they are doing. The residents there are busy with entertainment. Food is delicious, lots of homecooked meals from scratch.

We went to look at Jewel Place. We appreciated the honesty and guidance that the staff gave us. They were very helpful, kind, polite, and understanding of what our situation was. It was just like walking into a luxury hotel. They took us from the beginning of the recreation for the patients to the social, to their living, to their gardening, and through everything. They were having lunch when we got there.

We went to Jewel Place. It was our first choice because it's out in the country and it's very small with only 30 beds. But my stepdad's dementia is too far advanced and he tried to escape, and they didn't feel like it would be safe for him. He could escape. But they were my first choice. They were absolutely lovely. It was quieter, a little quieter there than the other facility, but both places felt very homey and comfortable. So when you walk in, you're going, I don't know, he's an old Kentuckian and he's used to having coffee all the time and people around, they have coffee. He can have coffee either place anytime he wants and snacks and things out for him, and it's just lovely. If I have to go to in a home, I'm going to Jewel Place. The rooms are private and they had a little sink and a refrigerator. The staff was very professional and friendly. The facility was excellent. I like the layout a lot and it's out in the country. That was kind of a yellowish building. It just makes you want to stop and go inside. It's inviting.

I toured this facility and it was cozy. The atmosphere was friendly and the residents were friendly and smiling. There were activities going on and looks like they were all having fun.

I went here. The room was nice enough. It's clean. They have a microwave and a small refrigerator. The staff was nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have a dining room and private dining if you have a group or family members coming in. They have enclosed courtyards.

The rooms are clean, bright and updated and community was very cozy and home like. It definitely did not have a clinical feel to it. More like home!!! The staff was super nice. Everyone introduced themselves and seemed to really enjoy their job.
