I'm at Wesley Manor. It's a campus. There are duplexes, fourplexes, and separate homes. If I decide to buy into the community, I may move to one of the individual houses. Although I quite like this duplex I'm in. I'm renting it at this time, but I could buy it if I wanted to. I am in a two-bedroom, two-bath unit. It has a laundry room with a washer and dryer that is separate, and I also have a small sun porch. The rooms are large, comfortable, very clean, and nicely laid out. Nice landscaping outside. It would be possible for me to make a garden out in the backyard. The Manor has a greenhouse that residents can use if you want to garden there. I don't get the health care that comes with assisted living, but I can use all The Manor facilities. There's an indoor warm pool, a bowling alley, a chapel, a small store, banking, and mailing within the campus. There's also a nice dining hall, and if I choose to, I can have meals there. They have specials and they're good meals. I've eaten there before, I just haven't since I moved in there. There are trips and social events planned, and I can participate in those. I have an attached warm garage, which is nice. We're having a snowstorm, so it's quite cozy here. It's pet friendly but there are some restrictions as to size and breed. I have a 40-pound border collie and a cat who's happy here. This is a park-like setting with lots of areas to walk. There are good sidewalks throughout the campus. It is just on the outer edge of Frankfort, Indiana, which is a small town. It's a nice farming community. The staff is excellent. They're really good and responsive. Maintenance responds promptly, and they're very friendly and professional. Everyone I have met has been excellent. If I buy into the plan here, and if I need assistance, I can move into the main building, and I'm familiar with those rooms. They're very nice and really good. The nursing staff is really nice. This community has been here a very long time. It's well-established in the community.

We toured Wesley Manor Retirement Community. What I liked best is that they have separate houses you can live in. We met several people there, and they were very friendly. They have a big dining room with tables for different groups of people.

My parents moved into the Village at Wesley Manor in 2006. In the past 15 years they have utilized almost every level of care at Wesley Manor, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and the Health Care Center. My father passed away in 2009 and my mother just recently passed away in 2/2021. In every situation and care level, my parents were treated with dignity and respect. I couldn't have been happier with all the team members and support staff at Wesley Manor. My sisters and I were grateful that our parents made the decision to move to Wesley Manor and this was where they wanted to live at the end of their lives.

Our family had the wonderful opportunity to get to know the staff here at Wesley Manor. I don't know what kind of Human Resources Interviewing Process you have however, I will say this: Everyone from Janitorial to the Nursing Staff to the Clerical dept. are the utmost caring, kind and friendly staff I have ever encountered ( I have a Certified Therapy Dog and I visit several facilities... I will say there is none comparable to Wesley Manor). You became our family during the last weeks of our parents lives. You made their transition as comfortable as possible. Even your Blow Fish is sweet and friendly! :) Betty Coffman Clabough God Bless !!

Wesley Manor is a wonderful environment. The staff are always friendly to visitors and very helpful, and they maintain professionalism at all times. I have visited Wesley Manor and the surrounding homes on several occasions to visit church members there, and they seem to have an excellent experience with the Manor and its staff. Wesley Manor has a swimming pool, bowling alley, and beauty salon, among other amenities, available to Manor residents and to their guests. The Manor also strives to invite community members into its facilities through events like the annual Apple Festival. I have very much enjoyed my visits there, and visits are a great opportunity for both residents and nonresidents to interact with people whom they would seldom see otherwise. The retirement community surrounding Wesley Manor is replete with beautiful, well-maintained homes. Residents in the community enjoy independent living, with the security of the assistance the Manor provides them. Walking the tree-lined streets of the community is always a pleasure, particularly during the Christmas season when many of the trees are lit up for the holidays. In short, both Wesley Manor and the surrounding community are excellent facilities for residents who need the assurance of a full-time medical and maintenance staff but do not desire to be secluded from the rest of the community.

The grounds at Wesley Manor are beautifully landscaped. The buildings are current, and well-kept. I have visited a few assisted living facilities, and none of them were on par with what Wesley Manor offers. My grandmother was happy there. The staff was kind, friendly, helpful, and informative. The assisted living at Wesley Manor was great. My grandmother had a very nice, clean, modern one bedroom apartment. She was very independent, but still needed help doing some daily tasks. The staff was not intrusive, but made sure that my grandmother was well cared for. The tasks she asked for help with were done regularly, and well. While I was visiting, the staff brought me a menu shortly before lunch time. The menu was great, and they delivered the meals from the main facility directly to my grandmother's apartment. I enjoyed seeing my grandmother cared for, but still able to hold on to her sense of independence. Moving to Wesley Manor's assisted living apartments was a great decision for her.Later on, when my grandmother needed more medical care, she moved into the main facility on the same property. The staff and amenities were equally as impressive. If I ever have another family member who needs assisted living care, I hope they go to Wesley Manor. I am grateful that they made my grandmother as happy and comfortable as possible while she was with them.
