My friends are settled in at Greentree at Westwood. It has a homey atmosphere and looks like a mansion. It's three stories tall and it's kind of a pink brick. It's very attractive. The hallways are nice and wide and the living area that you walk into has a fireplace, sofas, and chairs. It's a nice place. My mother-in-law lived there several years ago so I knew about it. The staff members are very quick to respond. The residents wear emergency necklaces, and when they push the button, one of the care partners arrives within five minutes. I've been told by my friends that the staff members are just really pleasant. They offer a lot of activities, but my friends don't take part in them. The daughter is doing physical therapy five days a week. She says it's better than the facility that she was previously in. It's really helping her to be stronger and she's very happy with it. The cost is very affordable. They haven't received their money from military service yet, but they both qualify for that and the staff is helping them apply for it. It was the least expensive facility, and they're really pleased with it.

This is a great place! Greentree Is beautiful inside and out. The staff are great, their food is magnificent and theres always fun things to do. You simply could not ask for a better community to place your loved ones. The current executive director however, not so much.. the only thing she cares about is your money. Beyond her showing her face during the initial touring and move in process, you won't see her anymore. If you can get past her extreme fake side, once you're all moved in you will have the most caring staff, in every department, to ensure you always feel at home- even if you're just a visitor. The staff here work so hard and are truly there for all of the right reasons, and it's a shame that some like her gets to sit back and take all the glory. She does not a single thing to deserve that. Aside from her, you couldnt ask for a better senior living.

GreenTree at Westwood was very nice and updated. It just seemed like a really comfortable place. The staff was nice, able to answer questions and were helpful. The food was very good and you can eat in the dining area when you wanted to between the hours of 7 and 7. You could order something and they'd fix it.

GreenTree at Westwood was in the midst of repainting, remodeling, putting in new carpeting and upgrading a few of their apartments with better countertops and appliances. Samantha, the director of sales, was really outstanding, and the staff would greet us as we walked by. They had activities while were there. You can go down and eat any time of the day, and the dining room is available all day long with coffee, juice, and snacks. One thing I liked about the place was that the setting was very nice since it's in a little cove of trees. It was good.

Greentree at Westwood was very nice and beautiful. They serve three meals a day, but there's no set time to eat, they could go down to eat at different times of the day. They have a main course every day at noon but you can go down to get a sandwich or something any time. They provide four or five levels of care. A resident can stay there until the end of life; the level goes up if they need more care. Once a week they go out on trips in their van, and they also have a beauty shop right there. If you want something and can't go to the grocery store, they will have somebody go there for you. The staff was very nice and the food was good. I was surprised that instead of the meals being a buffet, they had waitresses going around and taking your order. The whole place was very clean.
