We toured the Four Seasons. I liked it all on one level. Every apartment had a little outside patio. They had a little kitchen, so you could do your cooking if you wanted to cook. They had a washer and dryer. I liked that. In the little kitchen area, they had a separate little counter. The maintenance was fine. I like their eating area. We didn't eat there, but when we walked by, it had high ceilings. It looked like a nice restaurant kind of atmosphere. I thought it looked pleasant. The staff was very good.

Four Seasons is very nice. They are always in the process of repainting, re-carpeting, and redoing the apartment when somebody moves out. It's very well-kept. Looks like they offer excellent food, too. At the moment, their visitation is open and they wear masks inside.

The apartment at Four Seasons was very nice and one of the bigger ones we saw. It had entries to the hallways inside and an outside entrance, too. The food was excellent and almost like a five-star restaurant. They had bridge, pool, and their own big chapel.

Four Seasons Retirement Center is nice but very expensive. My aunt is at the nursing home. It's accessible and the grounds are nice as well. I don't like that the apartments have outside access instead of interior access.

I visited Four Seasons Retirement Center. It;s a very nice community, very modern and well kept. Their rooms were very nice, nice carpets with clean walls. They have a beautiful dining room. The only thing with them is that if want to go some place, you are charge for that. They also charge care every 15 minutes if you want additional care.

My father is in Four Seasons Retirement Center now. This place was rated really highly, and I've known of it my entire life. They have continued care through all stages, and it was close to my brother, which is great. It's a big complex. There's assisted living there, there's rehab, and then there's long-term care. It's very good. They're very caring. I think it's always a challenge when people ring the bell and they need to go to the bathroom and someone doesn't come for 20 minutes. I know it's hard, for everyone needs things at the same time, but that's my concern. I talked to the director of nursing about it. I would time it. That's the only thing that I have against them, is they need like a triage person who kind of assesses a little more quickly. Usually, they're very good. They'll get an answer if they don't know it. They tend to get back pretty quickly.
