The nurse especially on 400 floor mom room is big beautiful room staff there are great they hug mom makes mom feel like family they have lots of entertainment me and my sisters go to entertainment we enjoy it they always keep mom busy doing something like games singing I highly recommend this place

I had a very bad experience here with my wife in rehab. In my opinion this place is poorly managed. I was not happy with the medicine they were using and asked repeatedly to speak with prescibing person. Never happened. Some of the staff were rude. The kitchen repeatedly gave foods which were supposed to be restricted. Stay close if your care person is quite sick.

HORRIBLE. Night nurses are the WORST! Leaving my Grandma in pee so long it’s crazy!!! Never change the sheets or bedding since she’s been there. Weeks! The night nurses treat her so fowl. Such attitudes. How are they so bothered by helping my Grandma when she is paying the prices she is!!! This is INSANE!!! My family 100% regrets choosing Addison Pointe!!! Shame on you for leaving my Grandma in tears multiple nights!! Do you feel better bullying an elderly person?! I’m definitely reporting them to any and every person I can or that will listen!!! HORRIBLE!!!! If you love your family member DO NOT PUT THEM IN THE NURSES CARE HERE!!!

We are so sorry we let our Grandma spend EVEN ONE NIGHT there. There is no doubt in our minds and hearts that she would still be with us today if she had any real care and attention. Covid rules for family visits is a cover up to be undstaffed and just flat lazy.

So many things. They don’t follow care plans, consistently short staffed, don’t know where Mom is, not in dining room but on the bathroom floor for who knows how long, not taking her to the restroom, call button on the floor. This isn’t one time, this is all the time. Promises promises promises. They mean nothing here.

Our experience with Addison Pointe has been great. We really loved it. The environment and everything was good. The staff was good. My only difficulty was sometimes it's difficult to get in touch with them, but once I've been able to get in touch with them, it's been fine. My mother likes the food. We chose it because it was close to where she grew up and where she has been living all her life.
