The Leggett is fairly new. It's a brand-new 16-floor building. Silver Spring is a very close knit-type, like a small, mini New York, and so I think they did a pretty good job of providing the needs...

The Leggett was new. They just opened at that time, and only 5 people were living there. They showed me one apartment, and the layout was nice. They didn't have the gym and the swimming pool built...
