My friend is at Sycamore Village. His room is clean. They have bingo. I had lunch there and it was pretty good. He has to share a bathroom. They deliver the food to the table to each person. They have a big bookcase that has all kinds of books. They have some plants and benches to sit on in the garden and there's a nice little sunroom there.

I visited Sycamore Village. I liked the fact that they had a sign posted on the wall that stated that only 14 nursing homes nationwide received an award from the Alzheimer's Foundation, and they received it. That pretty much told me that they knew what they were doing. I ate lunch there, and the food was pretty good. All the people that I talked to were very friendly, and they were willing to deal with her being combative. The price was excellent. They had a choir, and they do arts & crafts. They had TVs. They served 3 meals a day. They would provide transportation to doctor's appointments. The staff was very informative and very friendly.

We are extremely satisfied with the care my boyfriend's mother is receiving. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable; they answer all of our questions and have tons of patience. Her room is big and well cared for. The food is good and she has a refrigerator for snacks in her room.

The Sycamore Village Assisted Living area has very nice large rooms and is well decorated. It’s very pretty and well taken care of. The residents are happy there as well as the staff. They interact well with the patients, and they seem to get along very well.

My father is at Sycamore Village. The staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable. The room is decent size with a shared bathroom with someone else on the other side. There is a sink and a small refrigerator in the room. It also has a double bed. It is very nice. The dining room is bright and cheerful. They have a monthly calendar of events. There is bingo, and they also have themed events based on the holidays. There is also exercise in the morning. With regards to security and safety management, there are keyed doors for all the exterior doors. Inside the facility, they can walk freely from one unit to the other. There are staff members available to direct or redirect them to their room or wherever they're going, so we feel pretty safe thus far with my father being there.
