I would say great but I canthink yet there's a lot of awesome things they do for the residents. This building has a great downfall, ventilation and better air. I am a relative and when I visited the hallways are super stuffy,(no ventilation)the elevator fan does not spin (can't breath) and no windows in the stairwells because there no ventilation. After listening to a lot of people story who live here on top of it being something they been bringing up in meetings, something has to be done. I like this place but I know for a fact if they came and tested the air quality you guys would fail miserably. If u guys don't do nothing else make sure these people can breath, cause I couldnt. Also I'm shocked that the apartments don't have emergency pulls, they have to try and make it to the hallway. Only if I can cm in and do the right thing for these people

From what I have seen of the facility it is very well kept up and easily accessible for people with disabilities. The rooms are fairly spacious with an ample amount of storage. The staff is very helpful with any needs that arise from either residents or there families. The facility is non-smoking, which upsets my Aunt, but I feel is a very good policy for any assisted facility to adopt. The only complaint that comes to mind is there policy on throwing away furniture and electronics. My Aunt, as well as many other residents, does not own a car; at one point she had two sofas sitting in her living room for almost two months before I could get a truck large enough to haul it away. I can only imagine what residents with no family in the area can do in this situation. Again, I believe electronic recycling is a must, but I believe there should be provisions in place to assist those without a means of transportation in throwing away there old electronics.
