i came to visit my grandpa and his nails were so long i had to ask the nurse for clippers so i myself could cut them. i can back the next week and he had blood all over his clothes. he had poop in his fingernails and when i went to go help him wash it there was a cockroach just sitting there. it’s absolutely disgusting they do not take care of these residents. do not put your loved ones in here

My husband is at Eagle's View Supportive Living & Memory Care. It is alright, but the problem is they're on lockdown. I put my husband there a week ago, and I have not been able to see him. They're fine, but their hands are tied with the Governor's orders and I am not sure how long it's going to be that I will not be able to go in and see and have access to him. They let me Facetime him one time, but that was really not working that well either. I helped him move in, and I was there for about 15 minutes. I helped him unpack and put things away and we went out and get a little shopping for things he needed, but that is not nearly enough to really understand. They won't let me back in. His room is just one room with a bathroom and a small kitchen. I know he has a problem hearing and I have been wanting to get in and work with him on his hearing aid. He did not have a hearing aid in, and he could not hear anything. So, here's this poor guy who is having a problem to start with and he could not hear anybody, and they say they've been able to manage him. I want him to at least have some kind of a quality of life while he is there, and I don't see that he's getting it. They won't let anybody into the building at all.

Eagle's View Supportive Living & Memory Care was surprisingly very nice. It's an old building, but everything was set up wonderfully. The meals were actually done when you want them, there's no set time so you can go down whenever, they tell the cook what you want and they will fix it, and you can eat whenever you like. They have craft areas, they have preachers come in, music groups come in, and they go on shopping trips. We did not feel comfortable leaving my friend in an upstairs apartment without a call button. Downstairs were all common areas, and the apartments were up on the second floor and above.
