I visited Palos Heights Senior Living. It was very clean and seemed to have all the amenities I needed. Meals are included, along with cleaning and laundry services once a week, as well as other activities. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I have no complaints. Out of all the places, it seems to be the most well-maintained and the cleanest. They have a stackable washer and dryer, a small kitchen sink, a bathroom, a vanity, a toilet, and a walk-in shower. Safety bars are everywhere and they have an emergency button, one to wear and one in the bathroom.

My friend moved into Palos Heights Senior Living two weeks ago. I went with her before she moved, and helped her move. I've been there several times and several people from my church live there. I had a church member that had independent living, beautiful apartments, balconies, and very nice amenities. It's very disappointing that the rooms were so small, it was like 10 feet by 11 feet. I understand most memory care places have rooms small by design so that there are fewer places to put things in and fewer places for people to get confused. It's very, very small, and they don't want you to stay in your room. So I guess that's by design.

Palos Heights Senior Living was very nice. It was down-home class. You had the luxury of being on a cruise ship, but yet you felt at home doing it. It was neat, clean, and it was like visiting home. The staff members were very nice and very friendly. There were activities going on at all times. There was more than one activity going on almost all day, so if you didn't like one thing, you could go to something else if you wanted to go at all. There was no pushing you to go in and participate in anything, but you were welcome to join anything. The rooms were very modern, very neat, and easy access to and from the rooms. It was easy access to and from the apartments themselves. I liked the fact that I felt at home.

Palos Heights Senior Living is very new. I like them and they are near my dad's home, so they probably would have been my second choice. The salesperson I met with was great and the space was brand new. The salesperson was honest and upfront about what they had to offer. The living space was great, the community space was great and the location was good. They had a salon and a courtyard, and they were very nice.

Palos Heights Senior Living also had assisted living, but I was there specifically for memory care only. It was very nice, I was very impressed with that. That was my second favorite. It was very well decorated, the staff was very professional, it was very clean, it was very modern and very up-to-date. It also looked like something you would see in a magazine, it was very modern, very well decorated. The rooms were exceptional, they were very nice. The dining area was also really nice, it was like walking into a restaurant. I didn't get to try the food but it smelled delicious. Everything was immaculate and very clean.

Palos Heights Senior Living is too expensive for me, and the rooms, they're too small. The staff I saw who met and greeted me, they were really very nice. I did stay there because they were really nice and caring with me being a senior, and they wanted to make sure I had everything that I wanted. They had exercise, but due to COVID it was shut down, and when they did open up again, only five or six people could go in for the exercise. You couldn't use the equipment because of COVID. The structure is good, it is very, very clean, the doors, we only have one door in, and one door out because of COVID. The outdoor scenario is good.
