Cedar Ridge is by far the best. My husband is a resident of the facility. Making the decision to place my husband in a facility was heartbreaking. The staff was incredibly caring, loving, patient and kind making the transition smooth. We now have an extended family. He has now settled in, and is thriving. Cedar Ridge is the very base

Mom is in Cedar Ridge Health and Rehab Center, and she loves it there. The place is very clean and everybody is friendly. Mom always finds something she likes. Sometimes everything's not great, but it's still good overall. The staff is very helpful in answering questions and attending to her needs, and they have been exceptionally nice. Mom's room is simple and not big, but it's fine for what it is. It is clean and has a very nice view of the outside. They have daily activities going on, but Mom hasn't really participated in them. Mom reads books, which she enjoys, and her aides make sure that she does that.

My husband hasn't been in Cedar Ridge Health and Rehab Center for a week yet, but it's been a good experience. I think they are doing all that they can to care for my husband. I've been going up there checking on him pretty much every day. I think it's a good place for him right now. They've been caring for him well. He's there for long-term care. I tasted the food he was eating, and he has been eating all the food, so he must like it. Right now, they do bingo, but I don't know how much they have done that since we're still coming out of this COVID. Once we get out of it, they'll probably do more. He's not involved in any activities because he doesn't play bingo, but he has assistance with occupational and physical therapy. Everyone that I've talked to has been very helpful. Every time I call, they try to call me back if they can. I've spoken to two nurses especially and they've been very helpful.

Very poor experience of a rehab facility. We had to buy a wheelchair for her and bring it in because they had no feet rest on the one she was using for her broken femur. No bed side commode available and 4 people had to share the same bathroom with NO SINK. For the money they pay they should have private rooms. Showers only once a week and cold food with no food choices given. Employees DONT HAVE TO BE VACCINATED!! was on a lockdown because an employee tested positive but all residents had to be vaccinated which makes no sense. Very poor

My mother was at Cedar Ridge for 8 years and she was the happiest I have ever seen her. from the evening i dropped her off (which I was crying) but she told "I feel like I am home where I need to be." My mom was so depressed living in a apartment by herself. She loved going down and eating breakfast with other resident she got hugs from all the nurses and CNA's. Activities keep her hand busy and her mind occupied. her special times was the summer and fall parties outdoor bands and Thanksgiving luncheon with her family and Christmas was so special everyone got a personal present. The CNA's keep her room & bathroom was immaculate cleaned. Anything my mom ask for she got it might take a while cause she was not their only patient. I only have good things to say about this place my mom was taken care just as I would of cared for her. Mike's door was always open as where the other staffing to her any concerns I had. Thank you to all the staff

It's only been eleven days and so far the staff has been more than I can ask for for care of my dad. The response time, the compassion, and the concern shown to my family has been more than I expected. I have been unable to visit because of Covid restrictions, but I am very much looking forward to that.

Four years ago, I had to make the decision to place my mom in a facility where she could get the care needed. She had become unable to live with my dad in their home. I was relieved to have Cedar Ridge available in her hometown. The facility has been nothing short of exceptional! It is a clean and modern facility with staff that care for her as if she was their own. They have been so great in keeping us informed as to her condition and capabilities during the entire stay especially during the past year. My experience with staff has always been positive and it feels as if you are talking to a friend. I would recommend Cedar Ridge to anyone that has to make the most difficult decision for their loved one.

My dad spent time at Cedar Ridge for rehabilitation after leaving the hospital. While I was not able to go inside, due to Covid, I still felt like I was a part of his care. The activities team was always willing to set up a GoogleDuo call with him, and/or do a window visit or an outdoor visit. Every single staff member that I spoke with was kind, compassionate, and totally concerned with his well being. Any questions or concerns I had they did everything possible to answer or assist with. The staff at Cedar Ridge honestly care about each and every resident at Cedar Ridge. That is something that is difficult to find. Even though Covid shut down the dining room, my dad was still very happy with the food. He said that it reminded him of home cooking, and that is a great compliment. While he spent 14 days in quarantine (they quarantine anyone entering to keep all staff and residents safe), once he was able to leave, he said that they had birds for the residents to watch, as well as planned activities to do. The head of nurses even paid for him to get his haircut, because he hadn't had a haircut since he was admitted to the hospital. And yet she told me that she didn't expect to be paid back for the haircut - she wanted to do it. That is someone going way above and beyond her duty as a nurse. I highly recommend Cedar Ridge, and am so grateful that my dad had the staff at Cedar Ridge to get him through a difficult time.

I cannot praise the staff at Cedar Ridge enough. My mother received wonderful care there. They have all kinds of therapy; they have all kinds of recreational activities; they arrange and take the residents to Grizzlies ballgames, Walmart, local theater; they host holiday celebrations for residents & families. If you or a loved one need care, Cedar Ridge is the place to be.

Cedar Ridge works hard to keep their residents healthy and happy. Tanya is a godsend, and works tirelessly at the emotional and physical aspects of her patients. Thank you for all you do at Cedar Ridge.

My mother came here for rehab after a terrible experience at another skilled nursing facility. They worked hard to get her in because at the time Covid-19 was a concern. They welcomed her lovingly. They were excellent at communication. Every other week I received a phone call asking if I had any questions or concerns about moms care. The physical therapy was excelleny as well. Most importantly they treated her kindly with dignity. Thank you Cedar Ridge!

DON'T GO HERE FOR REHAB The nutritional menu was poor. Don't go there if you want to eat healthy. They are understaffed on the evening an midshift. The CNA s talk very loud and have little respect for patient s. When admitted, was put in a room with my bed. No explanation of time schedule, where towels, etc we're located.

Cedar Ridge Health Rehab Center appeared to be a tad better and nicer than other places. The staff was friendly and helpful. They offered everything, including physical therapy and occupational therapy. They also had a medical staff. There were very active senior residents.

Cedar Ridge was fine and clean, and there were friendly people. The only thing she didn’t like was that the residents in her hall would make a lot of noise at night, and it scared her. They had a lot of activities planned for the patients. The food was good, and you have different things to choose from on the menu.
