It's a 5 stars to me, I lived there for 14 years and it was a warm cozy place to live.

This facility is located on the north side of chicago, which serves a population of seniors age 55 and up. The intake process involves a face-to-face interview with the admissions department. The facility is clean, and the staff was very helpful in getting me the information I needed. The accepted forms of insurance payments are medicaid/medicare . The living is of independent lifestyle. The residents have their own apartments (SRO) single room occupancy. There is no cooking in the apartments, the staff prepares the meals. The rooms are small in nature, but comfortable. While I was there I witnessed a case manager providing quality care to another resident. There is a psychiatrist who visits once a month,a medical doctor who visits weekly, and activities that go on thru out the building daily: such as wellness education, art thearpy, and on sundays board games. This facility is owned and operated by a church who practices in christian faith. In general, I would rank this facility 4 out of 5 stars.
