I toured Bloomington Fox Creek Villas and Reflections. It was very impressive on how they have it designed to look like a little town. The people there feel like they're walking through a little town, and they are not stuck inside somewhere. So that was kind of cool. The staff seemed very inviting. No consistency with staff at all. Staff not trained. Facility smells of urine as soon as you walk in. Individual rooms rarely cleaned. Some residents not cleaned for hours. Management not helpful. Wellness Director should be a RN, not a LPN.

Family friendly environment. The staff will treat you like you were their own family . The rooms are amazing and the perfect size with multiple options to choose from . Residents enjoy all the activities including music programs , bingo and gardening . The best thing about Bloomington Fox Creek Villas and Reflections is that it's new and very fresh-looking. There's nothing I didn't like about it. I toured their independent living. I made a personal tour to the Villas of Holly Brook for my dad. It is very nice. I am familiar with it as I have an aunt that lives there. I went through the virtual tour of their amenities, but I did not get an on-site tour of them, but they have quite a number. I think it would be very appropriate for my dad's needs.
