My mother was a resident of the facility for over one-year. The staff treated her very well. They were like an extended family. My mother passed away in a very peaceful, loving and caring atmosphere with staff and others.

The evening, night and weekend staff are VERY RUDE, yelling inappropriate instructions, using strong profanity and racial slurs at and with each other! Leaving soiled linens in the room instead of disposing of properly!!

My friends moved into Bria of Belleville. They provide 24-7 care. I mean, it's like a nursing home. It's a decent-looking facility, clean and well kept. I know they offer barber services. They have recreation, and they have social services there. I think the response time to the call is a little long, but I think that's because they're shorthanded, understaffed, and overworked. It was more like a hospital feel.

Unfortunately, my experience has been terrible. The patients look as if they are on death beds. Staff is very insensitive. The place smells horrible. Very unprofessional staff. My family member went there for physical therapy and left with covid. The staff was not helpful at all. As a matter of fact, they were very rude. I am quite shocked that the state has not stepped in to investigate. Was not a good place for our loved one.

In 2016 Bria of Belleville did not monitor vital signs of patients and a patient ended up getting MRSA because another patient had MRSA and was not properly quarantined. The nurses that treated the other patients MRSA did not properly clean off themselves before entering my relatives room. In my relatives room they had a bathroom which was shared with the person in the next room there was always feces all over it and the nurse nurses aide of janitorial staff would not bother to clean it.

My family member was at Bria for rehab. The building is old but the care was wonderful. All the nurses were so good to my sister. They always spent time with her and got to know her. The aides were nice and even brought my sister her favorite snacks. I would recommend Bria to anyone who needed rehab the room was big and we weee able to bring her own stuff in

I transferred my aunt to Bria of Belleville, but she did not like the food. I did not have any problems with the smell. I noticed the cleaning staff was walking the place every day spraying air freshener, and I thought that was really a good idea.
