I am a relative of a resident. I am so impressed with the loving care and the compassion of the Elegant staff. The building is beautiful and kept immaculately clean.

The staff and management at Elegant have always gone above and beyond for my family. We love the open door policy and the management has even gave us their personal phone numbers to contact them at if we ever have any concerns. I would go anywhere else.

Horrible horrible employees and manager. If you have a loved one that needs any help at all go somewhere else! Disgusted with the customer service. We as a family are struggling enough without their incompetence.

Patient had a doctor's appointment. She was dropped of a the corner and didn't know where to go. Someone finally picked her up after she missed the appointment. We asked for assistance from the staff for her for the next appointments. They said they didn't do that.

I like Elegant Assisted Living in that it’s clean and well kept. I’ve been very happy with the staff. My brother got a very nice, larger room, and he does not have a roommate. I know they have some activities he participates in. They have church service. They have a movie night where they take them in a van to movies. They have different outings in Pocatello. He is able to go between the four different buildings and visit with other people. There are 3 home-cooked meals a day. It’s more of a family atmosphere than a hospital setting or assisted living because there’s a great room where they all meet for all meals.
