The rooms are huge and very clean. They have been upgrading this facility on a regular basis. The staff are some of the most loving and kind people we have ever met. During the pandemic everyone from the Administrator, all nurses and all staff worked endless days and hours to make sure everyone received the love and care they deserved. My family was updated regularly with status. It was explained that during the pandemic they could not have large group activities but the activities people and the rest of the staff visited every resident several times a day to help keep away depression. My mom had an upbeat attitude every time I called her. I am so thankful that we chose this facility. Heroes definitely work at Wedgewood Terrace.

We chose Wedgewood Terrace for my father. It was close to family, they have super nice people, it's a very nice facility, and it was within our budget. The staff is fantastic. The outdoors was very nice, very pretty, and very safe.

My father is a resident of Wedgewood Terrace. My father had issues that required care, but his experience so far is fine. The staff takes him to his regular doctors' appointments, and follows the orders that my father is supposed to follow with respect to the care and medication prescribed to him. They're very good with that. He's reasonably happy in this community compared to the place where he was before. Since he moved into Wedgwood they prescribed some medication which seems to have helped improve his mental state. He seems to get along with most of the people there just fine, so that's a good sign. On the other side, there have been some concerns where he had a fall and had to be taken to an emergency room, which they've taken care of. All the things they're supposed to be doing in that regard, seems to be taken care of, and they were concerned. He did have a problem with his laundry. They weren't checking his pockets and washed his bills; that sort of thing. They don't do dry cleaning, so his clothes got put in the washer, which was probably our fault. It's a smaller environment with less people for him to communicate with and less things for him to do. It would have also been better if there were more activities to keep his interests up.
