I moved to Chateau de Boise. It's gorgeous and I love it. They just hired an activities director. They have music sometimes on Friday and some people come in and sing to us. They have dining and they cook for us. The food is good and of a different variety. The staff was courteous, respectful, and very helpful.

Chateau de Boise offered a lot of activities and if you needed transportation services to and from doctors or grocery stores, they did offer that too. But the apartments that we saw seemed dark. They had a fitness facility, laundry facilities, and a dining room where everyone met up. Brian was the one who gave us the tour of the place and he was a nice person.

I really liked Chateau de Boise. I think my brother would really like it. It's not institutionalized looking. It's a very inviting place. Everyone there was really kind. A little girl came and greeted me before we got in. It was a nice, inviting, and warm place. The rooms were nice. The staff member during the tour was great. She was very helpful and she was the assistant (not the head person). Everyone was happy. We were really pleased. The only issue we have is trying to find somebody to give my brother the medication. As you walk in, the dining area is there. They have three meals a day. Everyone was eating. There are little tables, and they wait on each table. It's kind of like a restaurant. They had decks and outdoor areas. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I was pleased. There's a volunteer who comes and they play games and cards. They like to tie people in with other people that have similar interests. It just seemed like they really wanted the people to be happy.

I toured the Chateau de Boise. It was friendly, quiet, and home-like. The staff was very nice, and she was excited to show it to me. The rooms were spacious. I would have no problem moving there. I ate a meal, the dining area was large with tables that seat six. The food was OK. There's a game area. I saw a couple of people playing dominoes. There wasn't anything organized at the time I was there. There was live music in the dining area after lunch. The surroundings were pleasant.

The people in Chateau de Boise People were very active, given that it's all independent living. The place seemed very nice, and people were super friendly. I was just worried about it being so far, but that's kind of what my dad wants to decide on. They all play cards, have a library, and the staff intermingled with the residents and the guests, which was very nice.

I moved into Chateau De Boise, and I like the location. The people tend to be nice. I think the staff is good, and the food is good. They don't have a pool, but they have some patios. Some of the rooms have patios, and some of them don't. The dining area is more like a restaurant type, and they serve food out to you. The place is more institutional than homey.

My mother always enjoyed her time here at the Chateau. She made great friends with staff and residents. During Covid, the Chateau did a great job protecting their residents and seemed on top of any concerns. Thank you.

We went to Chateau de Boise for an in-person tour. Their facility was fine, it's just that we were on a very limited tour due to the pandemic, so we weren't able to actually see everything. We were able to view the dining area, but it was closed off. You could see it, but you couldn't go into the area, so no one was in there. We saw a room, but I just had to stand in the doorway. It was very limited, so you can't really get an idea of the atmosphere and the activities. We were told about them, but you can't really get a sense of it. The staff members were fine, and they are very helpful. It wasn't as bright and cheery as some other places we went to; however, that could have been due to the pandemic and things being closed off.

The best place in town! The staff are all concerned and caring about us. They want only the best for us! Our chefs cook wonderful meals and have a nice variety. This virus has put a big demand on all of the staff, but they are real troopers and have pulled through. I moved into Chateau de Boise in October 2018 not only because of the many happy and friendly residents, but because of the professional, experienced and wonderful staff that went out of their way to make sure my visit was enjoyable. My questions were all answered and that this was without a question where I wanted live! I have never been happier. Our staff is great.

Professional staff, treat residents as real people! During Covid restrictions, they have learned our individual beverage preferences and how we like to be notified of breakfast. Personal touches like this extend to all areas - meals, activities, housecleaning, and relations to our families.

I have been here at Chateau since last Thanksgiving and I really can't say enough about it. The rooms are large and each one is different. The residents are friendly and interested in each other. The management staff really care about each individual and the general staff treat us as family. It's a happy place to be. I love them all. During Covid, they have gone out of their way for us.

After visiting 6 facilities, this one has fulfilled everything I was looking for. Lived here 4-1/2 years, and have found nothing I would want in the way of change. I am HOME!

More than pleased! Staff is friendly and fun. Always checking to see how I am. Housekeeping is on the ball. Easy to talk to and pleasant. Can't praise our servers enough! Young and fun - proud of their accomplishments and looking ahead for more schooling and adventures. Kitchen staff are friendly and anxious to accommodate. I'm content living here!!

I was very lonely and could not stand being in my house since I lost my husband in 2012. I went into a deep depression and Chateau has been my savior to lift me out of my depression!

Food and security are excellent. I moved to the community about a year ago after losing my wife of 57 years. The community helped make the transition easier.

The staff care for the residents like their extended family. They will make allowances for individuals who need a little extra help. I’ve only seen and experienced their patience, good humor and flexibility! Love them! They offer a wide variety of activities, have a library, and cupboards full of games and puzzles! If the resident wants meal in their room, they provide with no grumbling. They are so on top of things that so far there haven’t been any confirmed COVID cases. My mom feels safe and cared for there!

Chateau de Boise is fantastic and so far everything has been great. Right now, they're in isolation so the residents are not allowed out around campus. They have the residents' food brought to them and the staff is wonderful. It's an independent care community only. My parents are in a 2-bedroom cottage so it's outside and away from the main building. It's got a front patio, a back patio and a great handicapped bathroom, and it's lovely. So far, everybody that we have encountered is wonderful.

Chateau de Boise was very nice. The guide who gave us the tour was very informative and very nice. There seemed to be a very positive atmosphere. They had a lot to offer. They provide several activities. They have apartments in their main building, and then they have cottages, which are outside and are more independent. The staff members that I met were all very nice, informative, and helpful.

The tour at Chateau de Boise was very nice and the staff was very helpful. It's one of the few places that actually knew that I was coming, and they were prepared for me. It was a nice place. They offered me lunch while I was there and took me around to some of the apartments and cottages. The dining area was very nice and had restaurant-style dining. They had a menu and several selections that were pretty good. The apartment I saw in the assisted living was more than adequate for one person, but it would be pretty cramped for two people. For independent, it would be OK for two people. The menu seemed pretty good, they had several choices to choose from and there seemed to be more than nutritious meals. The staff was really helpful and whatnot. They gave me a copy of their calendar for the month with everything that's going on to give me an idea of what they do with their residents. They have shopping trips to different stores within Boise, and trips to the botanical gardens where they do a Christmas lights show. They also have a schedule for taking people around to the hospital for their appointments and stuff like that.

Chateau de Boise was fine, and the cost was what I would expect. I can't say that I like it more than the other places I've visited. They have activities to keep the residents busy, and there's also a good, quiet spot for those who want some quiet time. The staff member who assisted me was very thorough and nice.

Chateau de Boise is a very friendly place. The people are very friendly and it continues to be that way. I've been here about two months, and we have a lot of activities like card games, Wii Bowling, and Midnight Baseball. We've got people coming in. Actually, there's somebody downstairs playing the piano now, and it's really nice. We have adventure travels, scrabble, chess, checkers. All day long, they got something going on. They have a very good chef. The food is very good, too. I like this place very well. The staff was top-notch. They are very helpful and friendly. The residents are very friendly as well. It is a good place to be.

I would not live at Chateau de Boise because they keep it too hot. My relative is in a furnished room that is comparable to a hotel room. You eat downstairs, and a maid takes care of the room. They have an exercise room, patio, and a big cafeteria. I was not able to eat there, but the food smelled good.

Chateau de Boise was excellent. It’s much closer to where I live and spacious. It looks a little older but seemed to be in order, and the apartments and eating area were clean. Everybody looked healthy and happy. They accommodated us just fine, but my mother decided not to go to any facility.

Chateau De Boise was very nice and clean. They have friendly people and friendly staff. My only problem there is its assisted living; I don’t need assisted living. It was very nice, and everything was great. The friendly atmosphere is what I like the most.
