My husband was in Christian City Assisted Living. He was comfortable. They kept him clean. The care and medication and all of that were very, very good. Some staff probably shouldn't be in nursing, but the overall staff was good. He didn't particularly like the food. The reason he was there was because he had to have extreme physical therapy because he had had vascular surgery on his legs. He couldn't walk on his own. He had to be somewhere where they could get him to the point of them bringing him home. They didn't do whirlpools or anything on him, but overall, the facility and the amenities were good. He went in during COVID, so some things were not available. The nurses and the doctors were good. The clinical staff was excellent. There were some issues that I had with a couple of individuals, but the overall staff was good and they took very good care of him. Whenever anything happened, no matter what time of day or night it was, I got a phone call. They were very clean. He didn't have any activity. His occupational therapy was good, but physical therapy was not. I didn't particularly care about them. We could get better care at home physical therapy that's why I brought him home. It wasn't working and it could have just been the person that was assigned to him.

I had a wonderful tour at Christian City Assisted Living. The tour guy was great. The place was just immaculate. We enjoyed everything about it. The place was clean and the people were nice. Plus it's only ten minutes from my home, so that was wonderful as well. The rooms and everything else that the tour guy showed us and every part of the facility was really, really nice. They have games, libraries, computers, a salon, a pool, snack areas, and a religious facility onsite. Everything that my brother could possibly want to do, they have it available. He doesn't have to go anywhere and he was really happy about what he saw.

I went to Christian City Assisted Living. They couldn't show us a room or some of the facilities because somebody had COVID in there, so we weren't able to do a whole tour. They toured us to the lunchroom, the gym, and stuff like that, but as far as the personal rooms, we couldn't see any of that. The facility was very nice, and if it all works out and they have a room, we are considering putting my mom there, which is a big plus on that. The staff were awesome.

My grandmother is at Christian City Assisted Living. It is nice, but she needs more than assisted living here. She needs something like a nursing home, and they don't offer that. It's clean. The people working there are really nice and willing to help. My grandmother gets all her meals there, and they help her with her medications, too. I've tried their meal, and it's good. They have bingo, they have an aquatic center, and they have a beauty salon.

The tour I had of Christian City Assisted Living was fine. I can say that I love it and it is a beautiful community. I can tell that it is kept up regularly and maintained well. The staff is very professional and, from what I can see, they seem to be pretty nice. I only met with Steph, who was the administrator for the assisted living side, and of course, when you first enter, the receptionist is there. She seemed nice and professional. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to meet with any of the nursing staff or the other caregivers, but they all seem very nice. I also was able to speak with the young lady over the phone, I don't know if it's the physical therapist but it's someone at the gym and she was very nice and informative. She offered some information on the services that they provide there for the residents. Everything seems well and it was a good experience. They have somewhere they can work out in the gym, and they have certain group activities that they schedule to ride them away from the facility, at times, as a group. They have a chapel because it's a faith-based environment. They do certain activities where, I believe, from the nursing home side, they're able to be with the assisted living residents so that they can socially connect. They gave me a lot of information on the things that they would have for the residents. I just knew my mom would not be open to those things. It was the assisted living side that we saw, we didn't get into the memory care portion of it. It was just a general tour. I guess the only downside is the fact that you have to provide your own furniture but I do understand the desire to have that so that it's personalized. They have a library, they have a pool but I didn't get to see that.

Christian City Assisted Living was nice inside and out. It's way bigger. They had different sections. It was the biggest one I went to out of the three. On the ground, they had like three different buildings on there because I went to the wrong one at first, and they sent me down to the right one. The staff was nice. I got a chance to meet him. There were no residents that I had seen that day. I don't know if they were all in their room at that time, but I didn't get a chance to see how he interacted with the patients as I did at the other place. He just took me to where they have church because it is a part of a church. They had a salon there. However, he didn't show me the board list of activities. The rooms were nice and spacious. You have to supply your own furniture there. The rooms did not come with furniture.

We went to look at Christian City Assisted Living. It was an okay facility. It felt a little overcrowded. I know that the waiting lists are very, very long. It was an okay visit. It looked like the support staff was nice. The facility could have used some updating. It's very difficult to get in there. It was great seeing activities. They had game night. The fact that they had walking trails was great.

We went to Christian City Assisted Living. The rooms were small and we thought they were overpriced. The staff was very nice, and they have a schedule of activities. One thing mom didn't like was it's on five levels and she really wants to be on the first level and the first level is all administrative. It just wasn't what she was looking for, but they were very accommodating, nice and thorough.

I was able to visit Christian City Assisted Living today and they were very nice and very professional. The facility was very nice and clean. It was beautiful and we like that particular facility out of three that we saw today. We toured assisted living. They stated that they were still just trying to open again because of COVID. They were still taking their residents' food to their rooms. The facility was extremely clean. They also explained the different activities that they have. They had the church. They can go to church if they like. They had a lot of different seating areas where they could congregate. They had a courtyard too.

I toured Christian City Assisted Living for my mother. The rooms were nice, but they were just too small. It kind of gave you a nursing home vibe. The staff is very friendly. In the assisted living, it was a basic room with a bathroom, and they have three meals a day. They did not offer transportation to and from doctors' appointments, to the store, or anything like that.

I liked Christian City Assisted Living a lot and we were poised to go there. The nurse came and assessed my parents, but they took a pretty severe turn for the worse. They had memory boxes along the rooms and they also had an activities planner. They were not as sophisticated in how they marketed their activities, but they had a really high level of care. Also, their staff members that I interacted with were great. The premises were clean and tidy, not fancy, but appropriate.

Christian City Assisted Living was a bigger operation, and with size comes advantages. The staff was excellent. The rooms were nice, they had furniture, the TV I needed, wifi, and good closet space. They showed me the dining area which was very well appointed, with napkins and tableware set up. I was looking for respite care. They have a game room, activity night, and several different activities.

Christian City was a nice facility. You can go from living in your own home to assisted living to nursing home. You can rent out a duplex house and stay. The staff was very informative, polite, and courteous. They had a pool, a salon, activity rooms, and a library. Maintenance and upkeep were very good. It was clean. They had a little cafe and a dining area, and both were nice. They also had a family room if residents want to have a party.

Christian City Assisted Living is an older facility, and I was least impressed with it out of all the places I visited. It had a funny smell and didn't give me a homey feeling. I would not feel comfortable there. They remodeled the lobby but not the rooms, which need upgrades. The dining area and the food were OK. The facility itself was not becoming and did not give me a good feeling.

Christian City was great. They have a separation for those who need 24-hour assistance from the elderly who are independent. It was very nice, hospitable, they have lots of activities for the elderly, and the food is really good. They have walking trails, a cafeteria, activities, and shuttle buses that take the elderly shopping and to grocery stores.

We visited Christian City Assisted Living. I liked that it was clean, the size of the rooms, and the friendliness of the people. It had just about everything that I was looking for. I went to a lot, but it was one of the places on top of my list. They offered rehab and services for people that need more care to almost total care, and they also had an Alzheimer's section. They serve three meals a day, and they offer activities if they want to participate. I liked that they have an eating area on each floor or they can go down to the main eating area and have a meal. They check on the residents and they have nurses on duty. Everybody was excellent. It was very clean and well kept. When you come in, there's going to be a little wait for whoever you're waiting for, but they're very attentive.

We are going to be moving my dad in Christian City. We like it. We like the activities. He will be happy, and it is not far from the rest of the family. The staff is fantastic, very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very nice. They have outings, bingo, and they had all things going on all thought the day, so he can be involved in a lot of stuff.

My mother is a resident of Christian City Rehabilitation Center, and we are extremely pleased with it. It is a wonderful place. The prices are reasonable, and they have so many activities everyday. It is a large facility with very good security. They have 24/7 attendant care plus they always have a nurse on duty. I would recommend it to anybody because they have all of the facilities here. You can only get in their nursing home if you have been in their assisted care living. They don't take people from the outside.

I liked this place. They had great suggestions when to place my dad in a facility and in the transition periods as well. It was clean and it showed in the residents' faces that they were happy. The staffs were caring and the nurses very accommodating. I had an aunt who I visited there. They always check in on us to see things were okay. When she died, they were very emotional about it too and they called to offer their sympathy. They offer various activities for their residents such as church service, movies and even bring in kids to read stories to their grandfather/grandmother. They make sure their residents are entertained on a regular basis. If there's some things this facility needs to improve its more windows in the rooms since the rooms were large for someone who is in a wheelchair. It would also help to give more privacy to residents who have company.
