This facility is amazing , feels like home. The home is located in the heart of historical downtown Madison, Georgia. Not only is the facility itself beautiful, but the staff and the owners are great. They always have wonderful healthy meals and when I’m there they invite me to eat with them. They truly care about all of the residents and provide excellent care to all of the residents. They DO NOT accept pets, so I’m not sure why this website says they do. Also all the rooms have a full bathroom. The rooms and the facility is kept very clean. It smells like a hotel. They have many activities for the residents. The churches come to visit the residents and they sing songs. They also have scoops ice cream truck visit every other week. My mom also loves the card making class and she loves giving the cards to our family. They are reasonably priced, but the prices on this website are not accurate. They have a couple of finance aid options including VA assistance and CCSP wavier. My mom qualified for VA assistance and they were very helpful with the Veteran Assistance Aid process. They are always full so if your interested in living here I recommend you reserve your spot. Most importantly my mom is very happy and we are happy with the Madison House Senior Living. Thank you!!!

The Madison House Senior Living was a smaller facility. They had a nice facility. Unfortunately, they did not take Medicare or insurance. They only took Medicaid. It was remodeled, and everything was new, nice, and comfortable inside. The rooms were a little bit larger than where we are staying now. I met some of the staff; they were nice and friendly. They have a physical exercise room, and they have a library.

My mother is in Madison House Senior Living, but because of the COVID we can't go in. It's a nice place. It's all one floor, which is beautiful. I am having issues getting them to contact me. They don't call me for things that they should be calling me for. So the communication is poor. She's mentioned activities to me; they've had a lot of different things. They do painting. For the Kentucky Derby, they had a horse race that they did with the pool noodles. Everyone loved it. The activities are good. The food depends on what day it is; some days it's good, and some days it's not so good. The layout of the facility is really good. I wish they would have better communication. I have the social worker who told me that she was going to call me. I have yet to hear from her, and we're going on three months. The director of nursing was also supposed to call me with answers; it's been three weeks and nothing. I did actually talk to the administrator. She was supposed to call me Friday or today; I have heard nothing.

The rooms in Madison House looked quite small and the residents don't have their own bathrooms. The person who took me on the tour was very nice and knowledgeable. They have a little outside patio, and the community is close to the city park.

It seems to me that Madison House is a nice community. My mother-in-law lives there. It is in the downtown area of the city. The building is in a good location. The people in the facility seem very nice and caring. I don't think that they plan many activities for the residents. I know that they have TV in the living and that is all there is.
