Watermark Senior Living I is a 16-bed Personal Care Home in Flowery Branch, GA.

The Watermark campus is situated on 10 picturesque acres and features two boutique Personal Care Homes for Seniors, Watermark Senior Living I and Watermark Senior Living II.

Services we provide:

• Assistance with ADL's: ?Our loving caregivers assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring. All of this is done with a spirit of respect and compassion. Our motto is "Love, Serve, Care"!
• Housekeeping and Laundry Services: ?Our staff clean each resident's room and bathroom and does their laundry on a regular schedule. Per state regulations, each resident's laundry is done separately.
• A Robust Activities Calendar: ?With 17 years of teaching experience and a Master's Degree in Special Education, our Volunteer Activities Coordinator Michelle packs our Activities Calendar with activities that are fun, fresh, and good for the mind and body!
• A Hair Stylist Onsite: ?An onsite hairstylist makes it easy and convenient to keep your hair fresh and styled.
• Respite Care: ?Whether your loved one needs extra care after a hospital or rehab stay, or you as the primary caregiver need time to recharge, we can help! We offer short-term stays to make your life easier.
• All-Inclusive Pricing: ?We believe in clarity and transparency when it comes to pricing. That's why our pricing model is all-inclusive, with no hidden fees and no surprises.
