I'm currently living in Azalea Estates of Fayetteville. I've been here some years now, and I would recommend it. We had COVID for part of the time that we were here, but we have staff that cares, at least some of them do. We have a great view. I live on the courtyard, the first apartment inside a side entrance, and I just have a great view. Have flowers that I grow myself. It is a one level building. We have a regular size refrigerator and a microwave, and a two-bedroom apartment here. The food is pretty good. We have carpet in the hall that I would like to see changed out. They have bingo every day. They organize trips to the restaurants and shopping. They have art activities and crafts. They have bible studies, a lot of us like to play cards and dominoes and things like that. We have a wellness director too, she's very good for exercise programs and everything.

A family member just moved out of Azalea Estates. The place was filthy. The carpets were filthy. The rooms were not clean. They clean the room with dirty mop water. They spend about 6 or 7 minutes cleaning each apartment. Sometimes they change the linens, sometimes they don't, it depends on how they're feeling. There's a resident that I know who pays someone to come in and clean her apartment because they just don't clean. If someone pushes their button, it can take 20 minutes to an hour for someone to come respond. There were instances where people have fallen and then left for quite a while waiting for help. There were instances where people were left sitting in their wheelchairs with no pants on and were supposed to have diapers put on. There were so many things wrong with this place. There were roaches. There were a couple of people on staff who were very giving and very caring, but for the most part, there's an overall climate. There's a lot of gossip among the staff. You'll see them gathered together, eating food at the front office. It's very unprofessional. The residents do not get the care that they need. I've had different residents tell me that they literally do not feel safe there, but they're afraid to say anything because they're afraid if they say anything, they're not going to get any care. It's a bad situation. The food was either over-salted, overcooked, or undercooked. Sometimes, you couldn't even tell what it was. It's very unhealthy food. It needs paint. It needs maintenance and a new carpet. They need to clean the place. Do not put your loved one here. It just seems like no one really cares. The residents were depressed. The residents have nothing to do. They'll sit and wait and wait and wait for somebody to come help them when they need help. The place needs a complete overhaul from top to bottom, starting with care compassion, and attention to the residents.

I found something that I like, and it was Azalea Estates of Fayetteville and that probably would be the one I'll go with when I'm ready to move. It was very nice. I like it. The manager was very, very nice and super good, I like her. I was very happy with the rooms, the apartments and the layout, and everything about it. It was very pleasant. She showed me everything, but I would go in as independent living. I could switch over to assisted living when I need it, but I did see everything they had to offer. I talked with some of the residents, and I was very, very pleased and impressed with their care and the cleanliness of it, especially the staff, she was just very, very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant, so I give her a very high mark. They have everything. I was pleased with all the things they have to offer. They have hydrotherapy, a heated indoor pool, water therapy, exercising, and a therapist; it's very, very nice. They have a lot to offer.

My mother is in the Azalea Estates assisted living. The facilities and room were beautiful and clean and the staff members are great. My mom does water aerobics twice a week, they play cards and puzzles together, and are as active as they want to be. The staff would do what they're supposed to do like they bring her medications when she's supposed to have them, and they're just, friendly. They clean her room on Tuesdays, once a week, they're very consistent in what they do. I just want to say that the food could be better. They have arts and crafts, music, playing cards, putting puzzles together and they can do walks around the building. The grounds are really beautiful and nice, they have a garden in the back where they can garden. And they built it up so they don't have to bend over, and they can plant vegetables and flowers.

My parents are moving into Azalea Estates of Fayetteville. We would highly recommend it. It's a beautiful facility. They have very caring and genuine people there as far as their director and counselor. They have very roomy apartments. They have a nice fitness center for the residents with a heated exercise pool and a beautiful dining room for them to eat in and it's bright. It seems like a very happy place.

We liked Azalea Estates of Fayetteville a lot. It was very friendly. They had a lot of variety to offer. They provided all the services that my mother needed. It was in a nice location and it was close to family. We liked the rooms; they were larger. They had apartments or suites and efficiencies.

My parents are at Azalea Estates of Fayetteville. It's been fantastic. We love it. It's awesome. The caregivers are very pleasant. I love the amenities, the activities, and the meals. They are very personable. The bestselling feature is how accommodating they have been through the COVID situation. My father is loving it.

Our experience with Azalea Estates of Fayetteville was excellent. The facilities were great and the nurse was great, but my dad declined more rapidly than their staff was prepared for -- which was not their fault at all -- so we had to switch to another place. However, the community was great; I had no complaints. The place itself was clean had no odor, it had fresh paint, and they were a great help in getting furniture in his room. They had a lot of activities that were well-attended. I toured around nine senior places, but this one had the most participation and engagement from their community. They should get strong marks for their bingo, jigsaw puzzles, and other things going on.

I liked Azalea Estates. I took a tour, and I talked with the lady, and the director. I was favorably impressed. I was looking for respite care after my surgery. The room is wonderful, they have standard rooms with a TV, the furniture is well laid out, and it's just the thing for respite care. They have a gym, everything is spotless, nice, and clean. It's a medium sizes facility, but they seem to have everything. The dining area was very nice, pretty well appointed, and all the tables are set.

My visit at Azalea Estates of Fayetteville was great, and the place was lovely and clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. They answered all my questions and inquiries, and gave me a full tour. They showed me an apartment and a studio. They have activities, as well as a clinic, salon, swimming area, physical fitness area, library, and an area for board games and a computer. Everything is all on one level so you don't have to worry about stairs.

Azalea Estates of Fayetteville was nice, but I wasn't blown away. It's an older facility. The staff was very nice. It was a good experience. They seemed to have a lot of activities. The lady showed me a calendar with different things they do with the residents. They had a fitness lady in the gym area, which I liked. They try to keep their residents very active. I didn't try the food, but it smelled pretty good.

My grandfather did not want to leave his home, so when the opportunity came up for him to do a 30 days trial he took them up on it. After his trial he didn't want to leave. Whatever Azalea did , my family and I are so grateful.

I was visiting my aunt for the 3 time in 29 years and walked into the place. It felt like her home. It's smelled great, the food was decent, and everyone was so kind and friendly. I was happy to know she was living there.

We put a deposit down for my mother-in-law at Azalea Estates, and it was extremely clean and well decorated. The staff appeared to be very caring and available to the residents. Everybody we met there was very kind and compassionate. We just really liked it.

Azalea Estates provides a safe, friendly, very caring environment for the elderly. In addition, my mom is very pleased with the 24 hour on duty nurse and the great exercise program offered to the residents. All employees, and especially Bobbie, has gone out of their way to provide a home-like place to live.

The care givers at Azalea have long term work at this facility and give very loving care. I have seen nor heard anyone being mistreated. The nursing care provided is excellent also. They provide many fun activities that my Mother thoroughly enjoys. She has resided here for six years: We have people respond when they see her 'when I need to move into assisted living please place me here'

Azalea Estates of Fayetteville is excellent. The facility is clean and absolutely gorgeous. She took an immediate liking to it, so we chose the facility. The food is excellent, and she told me she is gaining weight. They have great recreational activities. They even have a heated swimming pool and a covered area where they can do water therapy. They have exercise equipment. They do movie nights, and they have a veteran celebration. They keep the residents busy all the time.

My 89 year old Mom went kicking and screaming into Azalea Estates! It was heartbreaking to see! Within a week the people were nice, it was a nice place, maybe she needed to be there. Within two weeks she wanted to put her house on the market! It has been three months and she is really happy. She is brighter, more alert and making friends! She goes to some exercise classes and takes part in many of the activities. Azalea Estates is a warm, friendly place. Every staff member we've come in contact with is caring and helpful. Cannot say enough about it!

Our family is delighted with the care that our relative receives at Azalea Estates. I am there frequently and I see first-hand how consistently caring and compassionate the staff is -- and they make it a fun place to live. If the time comes that I cannot live alone, I'd be thrilled to reside at Azalea Estates.

My late Mother was a resident for 3+ years and enjoyed her time there. The care givers were kind and helpful. Marshal and Penny were very helpful getting her LTC activated and any other of her needs.

Loved ones moving to an assisted living facility have often been through a frightening time already, making the move more traumatic for them. My mother had lost not only the child she lived next to (allowing her to stay in her own home), but her daughter was also her best friend. Upon moving closer to me, she was moving farther away from her friends and church of 35 years. It was terribly difficult! We visited many places, but the staff at Azalea Estates made us feel as if it was indeed possible for Mom to call a new place "home". They took such care to make her feel welcome, listen to her needs, and make her feel loved. The facility is always beautifully maintained and decorated, the meals well prepared and delicious, and there are many fitness activities and fun games taking place in which the residents can participate, if they so desire. I feel like the staff is an extension of my own family and am forever grateful that my mom is there.

I generally felt pleased with this facility. I have been to few assisted living facilities in my life, mostly for community service projects or something along those lines. However, this visit I knew someone there, my then-girlfriend's great aunt. She seemed to be well taken care of and had nothing to complain about. She was pleased with the facilities, the workers, the dining, and activities. The building was new and well-maintained by the staff. The workers were all very friendly in helping us get around the building and finding who we were looking for. She said the food was good and that she could actually eat it without feeling terrible. Also, she said that she enjoyed the company of the other residents as well. They were great to talk to at meal times and were all generally great to play games and activities with. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit and wouldn't have anything negative to say.
