I was very impressed with Presbyterian Village Athens. They have beautiful brand new cottages with one-bedroom or two-bedroom, a garage, a screened porch, and a little green area. I didn't see the apartments (but they have them). I went inside one of their little houses and it's all brand new. It looked fantastic. It's all new appliances and new floors. They have a very large dining room and a private dining room for people who want to have a party with their children or their friends. They have a swimming pool (which I'm very excited about), a gym, and a lot of activities. They have classes (like yoga and genealogy), and a book club. So, they are getting the residents organized into groups of interest. I liked it very much. We would be interested in living there, for sure. Some of our friends already live there and they took us around. We had dinner and the food was good. They also have a memory unit, and that's important to us.
