My mother-in-law moved into TerraBella Epps Bridge. She really adjusted there quickly. She is happy there. We were happy with the whole process, from administration down to the care that she's received. The food is great, and she is enjoying the food. She was living by herself, but since she's been there, she's become more social and outgoing. She is getting to know other people her age there. They take them shopping. They have bingo, church, and an in-house hairstylist and manicurist, which is very convenient. I'm very pleased with the value.

I went to Terrabella Epps Bridge. The downfall for me is the walk. Some rooms are close to the main happening, but some of the walks are long. They have to do that to go out to breakfast and lunch. The building looked very nice. it had just been painted, so it looked almost brand new. They had a place to play games, watch movies, and a lot of things to do, but all of them were in one central location. The staff was taking care of lunch, and the people were getting waited on. The manager and the tour guide led me around, and they were all professional. The rooms were claustrophobic to me.

I visited Terrabella Epps Bridge. The place was about 25 years old, and it was in the process of being upgraded. In the main building, they were upgrading everything. On the first floor, they put in a new carpet, but they didn't on the second and third floors. That's another thing; it's three floors. You have to wait on the elevator or go upstairs or whatever. It is not as accessible as the other facility we saw. They told me they were doing a $5 million overhaul, but they seem to be going slow. We looked at the rooms inside the main building, as well as one of the cottages that were being renovated. In some of the cottages, like the one we looked at, my in-laws would not be able to even get in and out. The staff members I met were fine. The staff who talked to us was able to get the information out.

I will be moving in at Terrabella Epps Bridge. It was a very nice place. They would provide 3 meals a day, 7 days a week. The people there were very nice and very friendly. They had a lot of activities, and it just seemed to suit all my needs. They had bingo, a library, a computer room, and trips. They showed me a 1-bedroom and a 2-bedroom apartment. The one-bedroom was perfect for me. The facility was located away from traffic and it was spread out. It was kind of locked in the country, with squirrels running around.

This is a very beautiful and open facility with kind staff and enthusiastic residents. It has a southern charm and the rooms are very nice with several plans to choose from. I was very impressed and will be moving my father there this week to give it a try for 90 days. Lots of activities available and the residents are incredibly happy there. This would be my choice if it was my time to live in a retirement facility. I wish they would have a service elevator to help move in but they don't. Other than that this place is amazing.

My brother chose here and is planning to move there. My brother liked the size and openness of the floors, getting to and from the rooms. The colors are light and bright, and you have access to the outdoors directly from your apartment. The staff members are a mixed bag there. When we got there, the person that we're scheduled to meet wasn't there, she was out sick, unfortunately. It was kind of disjointed, and since she's not feeling well she didn't leave someone responsible to be there for us. So since I've been there already, I just toured my brother around personally. And then there was one young lady that dealt with crafts and stuff like that, and she was very kind and spend a lot of time with me and my brother. The lady manager at the reception desk was kind of in her own little world. The lady that was selling the apartment was out of commission due to illness, but she followed up well when she came back from being sick. The food was very tasty and they had a lot of choices. They have a salon, they have a courtyard, and they have a craft area where you do painting and then an entertainment area.

I am moving my mother in. So far it has been fine, but she has not moved in yet. The place is very clean. They have a very friendly and very helpful staff. They answered all of my questions and they met all of my mother's needs. The staff who assisted me has been very responsive. Everything was clean. They only have one elevator, but that does not seem to be a problem for anybody. It is independent living; however, there are other services within the building should you need physical therapy or extra care with medicine management.

My husband and I were very impressed. We both liked it a lot. The apartment we saw was very nice. The manager who took us on the tour was very informative and was very forthcoming when answering our questions. We were satisfied with the whole thing. The dining room was very pleasant. They go on trips as a group and there are quite a bit of social activities. They have shopping and doctors' appointments.

It is open and clean. The people were nice. It was great, that's why we chose it for my mother-in-law and she happened to agree with us. They take them shopping, they go to movies, play sports, workout, and do crafts. The staff is wonderful, hands-down. They're loving, caring, and invested. My husband had lunch there with Mom and he said it was good.

It was very nice. My friend will be going back to look at one of the outside cottages for people that want to live more independently because we did not get to see that. We saw the inside facilities and she was very pleased with it. She's very hard to please and she liked it. The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The food looked very good. They had everything most facilities have.

It was very pleasant. Each apartment had either a patio with private access from the apartment or a balcony, which is important to my mom because she is used to being outside a lot. It was very active, and the residents were talking, chattering, and seemed to be in a good moods. The halls were nice and wide. In the main foyer, there was a huge dining room to the left and a parlor area with a fireplace straight ahead. There is nothing institutional about it, which is a huge plus. The rooms were very spacious and laid out well.

My dad is in here and he really likes it. It is a well taken care of and clean place. They have great meals and a great atmosphere. They seem to have their act together as far as the way in which they treat their people, and they have very good community. Most of the people there take care of each other, and they have a good system. If somebody does not come for supper, they will make sure that they check on them.

I have found it, but I am not ready to make the move yet. It is really top notch, brightly lit, and clean. The room is spacious considering it’s an apartment.

My mother is very happy in here. My brother helped her move in and he said it was like living in a cruise. She has her room cleaned once a week -- they also change her linen and towels. They have three meals a day included. The food was tasted excellent and was nutritious. She had special food needs and they were able to accommodate her needs. She's participating in everything -- she does exercise class every day and they have volunteers from the community who come in and do all kinds of different activities. They've provided art classes for her because that was her interest. Her health improved since she has been there. The kitchen staff is very professional and the activities director is probably the heart of all interaction. There's a lot of warmth in the community.

We moved my mother-in-law in and she's happy there. The food is good and there are choices. There's lots of room for activities like puzzles, music and art shows. The staff are fine and I would rate them high. The staff introduced my mother-in-law to a lady that they felt would have a lot in common with her who can help her around and rather get her used to the place. She got a friend assigned to her right away. The place is wide open, airy looking and light in color.
