My husband moved to The Crossings at Webb Bridge Road and the experience has been very good. The facility is very clean and very organized, so I'm very pleased. The staff who gave the tour was excellent. They do arts and crafts with them, they do the nails for the ladies, they made Valentines, they're very active, and they baked cupcakes. The rooms are very nice, clean, and very well taken care of. I think it's good value for the money.

It's truly a wonder how this place is still in business. My loved one WAS a resident here until they found her lying on the floor. It was determined that she was on the floor between 2 to 4 hours. As of right now she is in the hospital and the doctors are telling us she needs to be moved to a skilled nursing home. Once a vibrant fatality for residents and family now its doom and gloom. So many residents have already moved out. The rooms are not cleaned and its extremely hot in the building. The best thing they can do is bring back the former managers. We never had any problems until they left. This community has declined is less than 30 days. Now, the regional mgr from MN is here trying to correct things. Where was he the past 30 days when they hired an unqualified administrator?

Recent changes in management have prompted us to move my mom to another facility. While in her room, confined to her recliner, another resident was allowed to enter her room and beat her for 3 minutes. This was captured on video in her room. She was not fed for a day as her meals were placed out of reach in her room and taken away when not eaten. She is an insulin dependent diabetic. She is often left in saturated pull-ups to the point of her shirt and entire pair of pants being completely drenched in urine, which has caused break down of her skin. Wellness Director is very immature and I received an eye roll when addressing a concern today. Is this really the kind of place you would place a loved one? They also raised rent 6 months after we signed our lease, they are not cheap.

You can skip this facility. I just moved my mother out. Due to a change in corporate policies the building/staff has gone into a decline. Building is dirty. Bathrooms not cleaned. Fire alarm /AC system not working. Very uncomfortable temps. Food is sub par. Mom was left in the same clothes for days. Has developed a pressure sore on her bottom due to lack of being changed properly. Exec Staff not on the premises. Community being run by inexperienced med techs. Don’t take a chance with this community.
