We went to Village Park Alpharetta. We saw the whole thing, but basically independent living. We had a very good experience. It was very clean. They were able to show me the cottages. They had a garage, which is what we're looking for, and something more than 1400 square feet. The rooms seemed to be very nice. The staff was very helpful. They were wonderful people. They answered all the questions that we had, and they were very eager to take us around and show us the place. The staff was A-1, as far as I'm concerned. I saw the dining area. I wasn't interested in the menu, but one of my friends lives there, and she was telling me that the food is very good. They got a new chef, and the food is excellent. I met only maybe three or four people, but they were very accommodating.

We toured Village Park Alpharetta. It was very modern and upbeat, positive, bright, and light. There were lots of different hybrid options for people who were in different phases of life. So if you need more independence and your spouse stays more assisted, you can stay together. You don't need to move buildings or floors based on your needs. The staff was extremely professional and friendly, made us feel very comfortable and hospitable, and just a great experience. We tried the bistro and the food was good.

I toured Village Park Alpharetta. I didn't like the fact that some of the sections were further away from the area where you ate and had to do a lot more walking. I think it was a different building that you had to go into. They have an elevator that is connected to the main building. It was a nice facility. The bungalow room is not my style. The courtyard was very pleasant.

This facility looks great on the outside with tons of amenities but don’t let that fool you. They are unable to assist residents that require anything except basic care. Residents requiring assistance due to incontinence are left in dirty diapers for hours on end. This lead to multiple UTI’s and severe infections that required hospitalization as well as severe skin breakdown. Steer clear of this place if you care about your loved one at all.

My parents are preparing to move into a cottage at Village Park. After looking at many choices in Atlanta, we chose Village Park because it is newer, in a good location (near family) and was relatively affordable. The cottage is spacious and has a one car garage, which is nice. Village Park does not offer complete continuing care, as it does not offer a nursing or rehab option but does offer assisted living and memory care. We found that most of the facilities that offer full care are buy-ins, requiring a large up front cost and a monthly fee. And those are generally on a long waitlist. VP is a monthly fee plus a la carte property. It will work well for my parents at this stage. The staff has been professional and patient. Will know more after spending some time there.

I toured Village Park at Alpharetta. What I like the best about the place is the fact that it did have three different restaurants that you could choose from. It was really a nice option, and the place was very attractive. The staff was very friendly. The food was very good. I was very impressed with the food at the place. The amenities were wonderful. The property was pristine. It was beautiful.

My parents stayed at Village Park for seven years. In the beginning, it was fine, but the last three years have been very disappointing. As my parents’ dementia increased, I took over more of their finances. As I reviewed their monthly bills from Village Park, I would often find mistakes in the invoices, which always favored Village Park. Getting these invoices corrected was a major time investment and very frustrating since the same mistakes kept happening over and over again. Since I occasionally ate meals at Village Park with my parents, I also noticed that the quality of the food definitely declined, which is puzzling given the significant increasing cost over last three years. Staff turnover has been a big issue which I’m sure has hurt their overall ability to effectively manage this beautiful facility. Net, I would not recommend Village Park for your aging parents- before they died, my parents regretted ever moving there.

I went to look at Village Park Alpharetta. The thing I liked best is the way they set up the meal. They had basically three different places where you could go and get your meal. You can order off of a restaurant-type menu rather than going into a buffet, and I like that idea. It was a multi-story building, and it was right in an area with a lot of traffic, which would be the worst thing. The staff was very good. They offer exercise rooms and a theater room. But I didn't see much equipment in the exercise room. It looked like it wasn't used very much. It looked like the facility was very clean.

I toured Village Park Senior Living. I like that everybody seemed to know the residents. They all seemed to know them, and they all seemed happy and cared for. They all seemed to care about the patients. They had everything they needed there. They had a salon and a garden plenty of places to walk around. They had dining options, too. It seemed very clean.

My mother is moving into Village Park Senior Living. The facilities were the nicest of any of the ones that I visited. Their amenities were nicer. It was just a superior quality of construction and presentation. They had libraries, a pool, a nice sunroom, and lots of green space. The rooms were nicer and had balconies. The marketing staff was very knowledgeable, nice, receptive, and easy to work with. We saw a lot of the food coming out of the kitchen, and it looked delicious. They have three restaurants onsite, so there are lots of options to choose from for dining. This location was more expensive than the others that I looked at, but their occupancy was at 98%. That says something about the facility.

My in-laws moved here a couple of months ago. A leak has flooded their main bedroom- soaking wet carpet- and maintenance is yet to provide the cause or resolve the problem, 2 weeks later. There could be mold and mildew growing, in the meantime... The staff and nurse are very nice, they say; but, the food menu is repetitive and lacks of flavor.

I was planning to move in, but my plans changed. I requested my $3,000 deposit back in March and after 4 followup requests I still do not have it. Repeated requests to the financial staff have gone unanswered. Totally unprofessional.

Village Park of Alpharetta is like living at a resort! They just finished a stunning new building with stylish decor. My mom recently moved into a beautiful two bedroom condo. The ceilings are high and her condo is so light and airy. The staff is very friendly and helpful when mom has any needs. And the residents are equally as wonderful. There is valet parking, a pool, fitness center, and theater. And the food prepared by their chef is gourmet and so delicious! I would highly recommend Village Park for any loved ones!!

We went to Village Park Senior Living, and that, so far is my favorite. The staff there was awesome. We're looking at independent living. We saw they're very much what we like. They're building some other things and we're going to check what they're building. I will be in touch with the staff as she's the one that we worked with. She showed us around. They're the best. They're the one I'm considering going to. The staff is excellent. We didn't taste their food but that wasn't so important because they would only have four meals a week anyway for us. We'll be cooking in our own home there, and we will have our own full kitchen so we didn't need that. The facility is excellent and it is clean. They're the only ones that had us wear a plastic coat when we came there so that the people don't get COVID. They were excellent, they were careful, concise and did everything for us that we could ask. I have a complete folder from them with all of the plans for the new stuff and everything. I'm very well covered from them.

Village Park's food was fantastic. It's a beautiful, very friendly facility with great accommodations. They hade a valet who helped you out of your car and parked your car. They had a movie theater.

Village Park Senior Living was brand-spanking-new, which is what my mother wants. It was very updated, very nice, and the staff that we met was nice and caring. We like that as you age, you can go on to the next level and the next level. They have cottages and also bungalows. The bungalows were separate and completely individual homes, and the cottages were duplexes that both came with 1-car garages. It's just like a home. They have a movie theater, they have nice things like salons right there. Everything was right there. They would take you to the mall for shopping, and they had a lot of games and things that they try to get people to join in and stuff, like volleyball and so on. It seems like a place that you can make long-term friends. The staff that I met did a good job.

Village Park was comparable to the other place. The marketing person was very good. She spent some time with us. It was a good tour. We loved it. There were separate homes on the property; that's what my in-laws were really looking for. Those were very nice. The place was very clean and new. Everything was upgraded. They had an outdoor picnic area, a lot of things in the pool area, ice cream socials, trips, and a theater. The biggest thing that I like about them is that they have a room where you can have your family in. It is bigger than your apartment or your villa. It has a full kitchen and a balcony. The residents can just sign up and use it, so that is cool. It is a big perk.

We're in the independent living level of Village Park, and we have our own freestanding house. The place looks very attractive, and the staff was very professional. But the whole key for us coming here is that it's very unusual to have an individual homes which this place has. There are activities, a salon, pool, and everything you can imagine. Our home here has 2 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, office and 2 baths. It was everything I expected, and I would give them a very nigh rating. We think that the service is well worth their price.

Village Park Senior Living has a separate theater building. It has about the same number of units as the other Village Park, but they have more land. It just opened in April. The staff was excellent. They have villas and cottages on the property and building apartments. They have a pool, an exercise room, a little bar for happy hour, a little cafe, and a hair salon.
