We moved my father into the watermark 4 years ago, and as he put it he thought he had died and gone to heaven. He loves his spacious room with refrigerator and microwave for late night snacks. With his limited hearing capabilities he's not able to partake in a lot of the social gatherings with music and trivia, but loves and does not miss any bingo games. Charmaine is great making sure everyone is able to hear and see the numbers. He also is the first on the bus to any destination, grocery store, a lunch out, or field trip. Carlos will patiently load and unload them, guide them throughout there outting with such genuine care. A great staff that truly know him, and care for him. The dinning room is very plush, and has a great atmosphere. Kim the activities director is constantly coming up with new and enjoyable destinations, experiences, and quest. She really makes it a point to acknowledge the veterans here as well. If you stop by, he would love to tell you himself . Just ask for Lloyd, at 98 he's a firecracker.

The Watermark at Vistawilla is very nice, very clean, and well taken care of. The grounds are very nice. My husband loves his room. It's bright and light, and he's got a great big window. He can see out into the courtyard and he can see the gazebo. He watches the lizards as they run around, and he's very happy. The staff members are very good. They've been there every day, and they are good about being there on time with his medications. They get his eyedrops and get his diapers changed, and he's doing well. They're not fully staffed on the weekend. They've had some music and they've done some movies. Today, they started a more regular program with activities. He is enjoying the food. He said it's the best he had in the last few months. The food is good and it's served in small pieces. It's a nice variety with every meal. There's nothing he hasn't eaten yet. Everybody over there has been so pleasant, from the sales down to the caring staff. He hasn't been involved in anything yet. He spent the weekend getting settled in, but I like the program that they have. Even though it's considerably more expensive than any place I looked at, I like the way they do things.

My mom is in The Watermark at Vistawilla. The experience has been good, but I think they lacked a little bit in the activities department, for memory care specifically. I wish they did more activities, but ever since COVID happened it's been slow there, but otherwise I feel like my mom is really well cared for there, and they really like her. Her apartment is great, very spacious, and the staff there is great too, but they have a lot of turnover. The food is good too, they serve pretty good food, and my mom seems to like it. Structurally it's a very pretty, very comfortable place, with a large, open area for the residents to mingle, and where they can all be together.

I chose The Watermark at Vistawilla for my aunt and it's very good. They seemed to be staffed well, it's very clean, they have activities, their rooms are beautiful, and she seemed to be adjusting well. They have chair exercises, they have a walking path, they have projects that they work on, and they keep them busy. Her room is beautiful, and it's a studio apartment.

The Watermark at Vistawilla was very clean, very organized, and smelled good. We met the medical staff and our tour guide, they're all very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The facility is jaw-droppingly beautiful. It's very close to the 417, which is a major state road, and of course, that's close to hospitals and close to restaurants. It's also 5 minutes away from my father's home.
