I'm in Bayshore Pointe Nursing and Rehab Center. It's a nursing rehab facility, it's fine for what it is, and by and large the staff is wonderful. The food is marginal. The room is very clean, and they're very attentive to your cleanliness.

My dad is currently in Bayshore Pointe Nursing and Rehab Center. It's hard because of COVID, so they have a lot of restrictions. I'm not as impressed with this place as the other community I liked. I haven't been able to get anybody to call me back. The only thing positive I'd say about them is that the physical therapy department is amazing. The physical therapist talked to me, stopped when he saw me as I was there visiting my dad, he was amazing. But for everything else, I'd get conflicting stories from one nurse to the next, and I still to this day haven't talked to the social worker about discharge. Since has been there I haven't been able to get the social worker to call me back. I had an appointment with her and she didn't call me back and her messages were full, and I've left message after message after message. He said the food is not great, he said it doesn't have any flavor. He said that the nurses are nice but they're too busy, so I'm guessing they're understaffed. As far as physical therapy, the rehab people are really good. They bring him down, they help him play games to strengthen him, and have fun. They don't really offer a lot of activities for the people there on rehab, except that the rehab people make it so he gets up and does stuff.
