My mother is a resident at Westminster Palms. She started in Independent Living and this summer she moved to Assisted Living. Most recently, she was evacuated by the Assisted Living staff because of hurricane Ian. The staff and administration of Westminster Palms has always been fantastic, kind, caring, effective and professional. It was an incredible relief for me to know that my mother was both safe and cared with kindness during Ian, when I was many hundreds of miles away. Thank you everyone at Westminster.

Westminster Palms is located in a beautiful spot and the facility is lovely. HOWEVER, the administrative staff changes very often, leaving residents to guess at what the rules may be. Unfortunately, I found the staff very heavy-handed and unresponsive to residents' needs. No one wants to be treated like a child in their golden years!

Two years ago I relocated to Westminster Palms Palm View independent living. I am living my life like it’s golden. My apartment is spacious, the staff is awesome and very accommodating, excellent activities and events appropriate for Seniors and most of all living in downtown St Pete is awesome

Westminster Palms was an absolutely gorgeous place, but the prices were way out of our ballpark. It was a beautiful building with beautiful grounds. The dining room looked like something in Southern Living. They have field trips, and they go cruises. It's upscale, very nice, and clean. The young man who took us all over the place was very nice, very hospitable, friendly, outgoing, helpful, and very familiar with most of the residents. A lot of them knew him by name. It's right across Beach Drive from the water and the views from every window in there must be absolutely fantastic.

Westminster Palms was very nice, but they didn't have a meal plan. The apartments were beautiful. It's a high-rise building that's in a great location, right downtown across the street from the water. They don't have their own pool, but they're right across the street from the city pool, which people with memberships through the Palms can use. They were relatively expensive.

I chose Westminster Palms. It is a beautiful location. It is right next to a park where I love to be near. The facilities are very nice and I was able to find an apartment where I can be in independent living as long as I want. So it worked out very well for me. I am very happy with it. I'm very satisfied with it. I'm happy with the people there.

Westminster Palms is really close to us. We visited it once but they kept inviting us back, so we went there more than once. We almost bought there; they're very good. However, their campus is a little bit spread out. They only have one dining hall and you have to walk quite a distance to get there. Also unlike the other facility, they didn't have a swimming pool, a golf course, tennis court, etc. They didn't have anything. I also thought that their whole activities were all for old people and not for active people. Other than that, everybody was very nice there. Also the food was good.

Westminster Palms is in a great location. It is a very clean facility. The grounds are very nice. They're remodeling units. The dining rooms are very nice. The staff there is very friendly.
