I visited this facility

We call at least 10 times a day to get some sort of update on a relative that we have there and no response it’s absolutely horrible no one returns any phone calls. If they would pick up the phone we would not have to call that many times it’s very frustrating especially when does relative is all by herself they need to really check their staff I also left A message with the administrator and no response either they should be ashamed of themselves they should not be in this field if they can’t even return a phone call! Very frustrating

I am/was a resident of this facility

The staff lied and didn't tell me I'd be locked down in my room with 4 people the staff was very unhelpful, nasty wanting to argue with me about just about everything and I tried to be nice to no avail.they let my meds run out after I told them I was going to and let me suffer.the pain doctor assessed me for about 2 minutes without even looking at me and did nothing but leave me in pain with spinal stanosis and degenerative disc desease I could go on and on.terrable place.i can't see how they are getting away with running a place like this.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

The care that they provided at St. Petersburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center was terrible. The food was awful. Every time my daughter took a shower she ended up with somebody else's clothes on; hers were gone and we never got them back. The lady's clothes in the next bed were disappearing as well. Also, she was overmedicated. She was only there about a week. I was just very unhappy about the place. I would never recommend it to anyone.
