My wife is at Cobblestone Manor. I like the staff to resident ratio. It's better. It's a four-bedroom house and they have five or six residents at the most. So, there are not that many activities. They just have a TV, and I believe that my wife could get more in there than they provide for her. I only eat dinners there, but I think they could have more salads. She's always got somebody to help her. There's always someone right there.

I toured Cobblestone Manor. It's a private house with a handful of residents. I was there at lunchtime purposely to see what kind of food they were serving, but they didn't invite me to try. There was a lot I didn't like. There was a young lady preparing lunch, and all she was doing was putting in some baloney, some kind of a cold cut between two pieces of bread. It looked like a very cheap kind of bread. I think that's not a very healthy lunch for these residents, but I didn't say anything. I just didn't like the way they were feeding these ladies. I think there were 1 or 2 men as residents, but most of them were ladies. They were not private rooms. They have to be shared with one other person, which was going to be a problem with my wife because she has typical dementia. She thinks that the person who shares the room is stealing and steals all her things. So, I suggested making the room private and they said yes, which meant they would make a really big room for her, which was nice, but they're going to charge me twice as much, which became a little pricey. It was okay, but my wife at the last minute, did not want to move from the place she is now, so I lost the deposit. It was very clean. I'm not sure if it's unprofessional, but the room where I was supposed to fill out all the papers didn't have a place to do it. I had to do it on my lap. It was not a comfortable place to do it. The lady that was in charge didn't seem to be very professional. They were supposed to come and interview my wife, but they didn't do it. Then I had to call them again. It was not a good experience.
