Vicar's Landing was very pretty, and it's nice. We visited a friend in the assisted living part of it. We liked it, and we liked the model that we saw. It's elegant, and it has everything, but it was smaller. It's lovely, and my friend was there for 16 years and still loves it.

Vicar's Landing at Oak Bridge is very close to where we're actually living now. We were able to reserve a place there, so we took that. We will be going to independent living, but we like the continuous care they have, going from assisted living to end of life. They've got a very good facility doing that. The staff was very friendly. They were wonderful, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant. We like the location and everything about it. The meals are very good. They have everything we want. There's a swimming pool, aerobics, a gym, and PT.

I visited the community and the noise from the Hotel next door is horrible. Stay away from this place.

I feel compelled to share the shock and disappointment we experienced related to the care and treatment our family member (name held private to protect from further suspected retaliation) has received while residing at Vicar’s Landing. After seeking advice from the Department of Elder Affairs, we are in the process of finding a different facility to protect our family member. Vicar’s Landing was described to us by the marketing department as being exceptional and top of the line. Clearly, we were misled.

I deeply regret having my family member live at Vicar's Landing. The assisted living and skilled nursing facility (Health Center) are substandard. Medications are not delivered on time or as directed by physicians, the nursing and CNA ratios are not adequate and upper management is unreasonable and unprofessional.

I went to Vicar's Landing. It is very pleasing, very clean, and very friendly. The business end was very clean. For me, it is just all-around better than any of the other places I visited. The employees were excellent. They're very business-like, interested, and friendly. The dining area appeared to be very nice. They have everything that you would need. They have lounges and a small bar, which I thought were nice; you could go there if you get bored. They have parties, a swimming pool, and walkways. The grounds are very nice. I only dealt with two or three staff members, but they were extremely qualified and very informative. I was impressed with them. Everything seemed to be very clean, very nice, and up to my standards. It was probably one of the better and more attractive places.

I wrote a review of this place but it was rejected by the site. It is operated for the convenience of management and workers, not patients. If you pull the emergency cord you may wait for 5 minutes or more for assistance. They don't have enough nursing assistants. Staff are unfriendly, unloving.

My mom lived Vicars Landing for years. Then she moved to their assisted living facility. Last week she was forced by the facility to move to the nursing facility misnamed the Health Center. It is a depressing place. The workers there are not friendly or helpful. They don't have enough nursing assistants. You could be forced to live here if you can't use your legs. If you need assistance to move from your wheelchair to the toilet, you may press the help button and no one comes. Then you pull the emergency cord, but still no one comes! You may wait 5 minutes or more before someone comes to assist you. If you cannot hold your bowel movement for 5 minutes, it is acceptable for you to sit in your mess for 5 minutes. If you object, you are rejected. If you can afford it you are better off to modify your home and hire your own helpers. Buy a Murphy lift if necessary. Once you are in a place like this you lose your freedom, dignity. You are treated with disrespect. It is supposed to be a Christian place, but Jesus said to help the weak. This place exists to please the management and nursing assistants. Patients are helpless and hopeless, unloved.

Vicar's Landing is a first-class operation. We had the opportunity to have dinner there and they showed us around. They got pretty much everything you want in terms of services. The location is very good. It is very close to St. Augustine. They have all levels of care including an onsite hospital equivalent, which was immaculate, I mean, it really looked. The housing was absolutely spectacular compared to all the other places. You can get anything from 700 to 1500 square foot place, and they have both apartments and stand-alone houses. We met several of the residents there, they were all extremely happy. I have nothing bad to say about that. It was not cheap, but then none of the places is cheap. I think you got good value for your money.

I am living in Vicar's Landing. I chose it because it serves my needs, it is ready when I need it, and it is a five-star place. I can't be happier. It is nice for walking, and it is a lovely place. It has a nice parking facility. I don't eat here a lot, but the food is very good. I have a four-room apartment. It is absolutely first class and nice. I have two bedrooms and two baths, and I have weekly linen changes. I don't have everything. So, if I don't have it, they can provide it for me.

Vicar's Landing is an upscale assisted living facility in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. I have relatives who live in this community, which is located directly next to the PGA Tour's TPC Sawgrass course. Vicars Landing has done well at maintaining their peaceful community and the landscaping is simple yet nice. One things I clearly noticed was the facility is dedicated to making life easy for residents. Services exists such as: on site barber, shuttles to local businesses, and even a branch of a major national bank on site. Vicars Landing is a great place to have your loved ones live. I gave it 4-Stars!!
