We moved my mom to The Maydson at Palm Beach Gardens a few months ago and we couldn't be happier! The staff is simply the very best from the front desk all the way up to the Executive Director, Tim. The building is kept spotlessly clean. Phyllis is the Activities Director and can be seen running wonderful programs and assisting residents with a smile. Andrew is one of the caring drivers who has driven my mom to appointments and made her feel safe. The Aides and Nurses are so good too. They care with dignity. Amelia is head of nursing and always answers my emails. Genny is the Business Office Manager and is helpful and knowledgeable. I've watched the staff in the restaurant lend a hand to those who need a little extra help. If you're considering moving your mom or dad to The Madyson at PBG - feel free to reach out to me. A special THANK YOU to the entire staff for all their hard work taking care of our loved ones. You are appreciated. Lynne (Sue's Daughter)

For memory acre: Facility is very nice Staffing levels are horrible. Many days there are ZERO certified nursing assistants on the floor. They have had three managers in the past year. Tons of turnover. No leadership. A few good people who care about the residents Big shame. Management needs to own up to their issues

I visited the community looking for a place for my Mom. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are beautiful! The residents seem to be enjoying all sorts of activities and amenities at the community. We look forward to moving her in!

I just moved my Mom in a few weeks ago and so far this facility has exceeded ALL of our expectations. She was welcomed with a red carpet and open arms. The staff are so attentive and my mom has immediately felt like home there. She has started to come alive again by engaging in all the activities and interacting with the very kind and social residents. They offer the residents a lot of options in activities and events. The meals are gourmet! We are 100% happy with her decision to be there. Thank you "Madyson at PBG" for your excellent service!

I thought the facility was resort like. Bright and sunny. Beautiful amenities and fun services like the ice cream bar. The pool is gorgeous and the workout room was wonderful. The staff I interacted with seemed very accommodating and answered all my questions. The rooms I saw were inviting. When considering a potential place to move, The Madyson is definitely on my list.

Took a tour of this community and was very impressed with all the residents being out together happy and socializing. Had a wonderful conversation with our sales person and nursing director. We saw a lot of facilities and this one made me cry in a good way.

The Madyson at Palm Beach Gardens was very nice, but it's a little pricy. It's just not a good fit for my in-laws. It's very high-end. The facility was beautiful. They had a lot of amenities and a price tag to go with it. It was expensive. They had everything, a garden, a music area, and a salon. Anything that they could want was there. They had very good amenities there. The staff was wonderful. I was very impressed with the place. It just was not a good fit and it was over our budget. It's a very good facility for someone that is active and wants a lot of amenities. It just wasn't what we were looking for. I went to both assisted living and memory care.

My mom has been here since February. Their program is much better than the last place she has been. They have a lot of activities, freedom to move around, and go outside, so there's more autonomy for the residents. The facility is very home-like. It's big enough where they have room to roam around. On Mother's day, they had a Tea Party. There's an arts and crafts room, a DJ that comes in three times a week to entertain them, and pet therapy. They also do tours to nowhere, where they get on a bus and just drive around so they can be outside. The residents are not sitting around just doing nothing. There is a lot for them to do. I've been there when she's eating, and the food looks very good too. Now that restrictions of COVID are lessening, it's definitely getting better. With COVID, it was hard because they don't want you interacting with everybody. Out of the many tours we've done, this was the best place we've found.
