I am/was a resident of this facility

I highly recommend this facility for its service and professionalism. Everything from the food to activities, management staff, therapy, and frontline caregivers deserves 5 stars. It is an older building but very well cared for and maintained. I cannot say enough about my exceptional experience at solaris North Naples. The staff was not only friendly, but created a caring family type atmosphere. The staff is extremely attentive and compassionate, I was always greeted with a smile and eventually it became my part-time home away from home. I cannot mention everyone, but I’d like to give special thanks to the nurses, especially Stephanie, Edwige, Sheila, Jean, Wilande and Cathy. Thanks to Jeanny at the desk for always smiling and making it contagious. Thank you to the CNAs especially Marie P, Yrvanna, Joseph, and Mireielle. Also therapy staff Romel, wayne and Maggie were exceptional. they really know how to work with people as individuals towards their goals. Brandy and the entire management team make the building run smoothly and address every need timely and also of course a huge thanks to Dr Elterman who made the experience that much better for someone as sick as I was. I was very fortunate to make friends with some of the long-term residents who seemed very happy in their environment and just as thankful to the staff and exceptional management as I was. When I left the building, I was excited to go home yet I will miss the family I spent over three weeks with. i am forever grateful for the professional, knowledgeable care and rehab i received while a patient there. I would gladly recommend others to receive services from this facility and would certainly return in the future if the need arose.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My husband was in Solaris Senior Living North Naples for rehab. Everything was horrible, so we quickly moved out. They didn't want to do anything. They're mean. There was nothing good about it. They didn't take care of the patients. They ignore you and they're rude. His room had two beds, but he didn't have anybody in there with him. The facility was dark and old. It was covered by Medicare.

I am a friend or relative of resident

It is amazing to me that this place is still open.In case you missed it on the news, they left a patient outside in the hot Florida sun for hours and he subsequently died. My family member has fallen multiple times - how can this happen with such high end care? What is more amazing to me is that people pay over four thousand dollars a month to house their loved ones here. When I have attempted to communicate with the facility, I have been ignored or talked down to, so I just call the State and continue to report my concerns.

I visited this facility

The Aristocrat definitely needs improvement. On the outside, it looks very nice, but it was not very nice at all. The smell of it was just incredible; it was pretty bad. It was depressing and not that it was a less expensive place; it was the same price. For example, the sofas or the seats where the people sit were incredibly dirty. The building as a whole looked kind of dirty and rundown. If they cleaned up the carpet, it could have been just that one day or maybe they spilled something over, I'd have understood it, but the sofas and the chairs, that's been over the years. I didn't see anybody walking around and that was another thing that was just really worrying. There was nobody out and about, just that one person passing by, and they were pushing him in a wheelchair. Maybe they need somebody that would go into this and rearrange something or redo everything and clean it up a really nice clean, which might work, and get some more activities.

I am a friend or relative of a resident

My husband was transferred from the hospital to The Aristocrat for rehab. My first impression was that it was a very good facility. It was very clean and very nice. It was first-class. I saw their dining room and it seemed very nice. The care level was fine and my husband did very well. The staff seemed very good and he got very good care. They were able to care people up very well. He was in a double room. It was very crowded. He's a big man and he's in a wheelchair. It was very difficult to maneuver in his room at the time. They did have activities but he didn't participate. He just participated in physical therapy.

The staff at this facility is the best I have seen. They are truly caring and help with all the procedures necessary for facilitating the care of a loved one or family member. From picking the exact room that will work best, to making sure that the resident will have furniture and belongings in place, they do it all. The facilities is clean and it smells clean. Food and the daily meals are something that your loved one will look forward to. The food here is excellent and it's delivered either to their room or served to them at a table with other residents that they know. I have seen many meals and have had several myself. The food is good and there is a good variety. There is a daily effort to include residents in activities. Several of the guys that live there have a golf day where they Putt on a movable green and it gives them a chance to socialize and get out of their rooms. There is a group that goes through the daily paper together. With other facilities it seemed like I was always notified of accidents or health changes after the fact. This is not the case here. I am called immediately with any information or change in condition. I have been extremely happy with my decision to move my Dad here.

I am a friend or relative of a resident

When our neighbor fell and broke her hip and ankle it became necessary that she move into an assisted living facility where she would not only have constant nursing care, but top level physical and occupational therapists working to get her strength back. The most chief complaint about the Aristocrat would be is that there is not enough activities for those living there to take place in outside of their therapy sessions. My neighbor would constantly tell us how kind everyone there was and how willing they were to ever help if she needed anything at all. Overall, if anything haptpened to another family member or friend I would strongly recommend that they visit the Aristocrat
