My mother has been a resident of this facility for a number of years and we find the staff to be caring, kind, and professional. They are always there for mom to tend to all her needs. The limited number of residents ensures that every staff number is aware of the specific needs and preferences of each resident. It is like a caring family and mom often refers to them as her best friends. Medical professionals from outside the building have told me it is one of the most caring facilities in all of Naples. Today is mom’s 101st birthday and I feel fortunate that she is in a place that makes her feel comfortable & happy!

We found Memory Care of Naples for my mother if she needs respite care. The reason I liked it was because it's all-inclusive, and my mom requires that. The second thing was that it's very close to my parents' home. We visited it, we liked it, and we got to see it from the outside. It was nice, and have had very good reviews from people that we deal with in our community.

Memory Care of Naples was a small place. They had big rooms, but the place was dirty and smelly. There's an air-conditioning unit in each room. They had a big hall, and everything was on one floor. I didn't like it too much. They offer room cleaning once a day. There's not much activities. There were a lot of empty rooms when I went there. The dining room had a very poor system. They only had plain tables with paper napkins. There was nobody in the office when we went there.

I did not like Memory Care of Naples at all. It was sad and very plain. The activity room was almost non-existent. There were no kitchens in the rooms. The rooms were just a small bedroom and a bathroom. They were OK, but I did not care for the place at all. The staff members were nice, but I saw lots of people just sitting around watching TV.

My husband can basically take care of his own needs so he's fine. The people in Memory Care of Naples are very kind to him, and the food is good. He's very happy. They have other levels of care for people in wheelchairs, and it's a locked-down memory care facility. They keep him busy all day. He has his own private room with a bathroom, and basically he can go through the whole facility but can't get out. He sometimes does try to get out, but it's been very good so far for him.

I wasn’t impressed with Memory Care of Naples, but I liked the people I met there. I felt that the people were much more dementia there , more so than most assisted living. There was a chapel. There’s a whole group of very limited people in a circle, and I am not sure what they were doing. They had a lovely outdoor area, and I met the head cook; he grows a lot of his own spices and herbs. He was there picking those for whatever dinner he was trying to be preparing.

Windsor Place was a gorgeous facility. The staff members were very professional, caring, and kind. They offered numerous activities for the residents to partake in daily, as well as occasional trips to other locations around Naples, FL, such as historic downtown or the supermarket. There was often entertainment in the evenings, and I was able to entertain my grandmother and her friends by playing piano for the residents at lunchtime on several occasions. It seemed as though everyone living there was happy and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and equipped with plenty of safety measures to prevent falls or injuries. The hallways and other rooms were decorated with nice artwork. I also appreciated the safety keypad lock at the front door to prevent any "runaways". When my grandmother's health began to decline, they contacted our family as she was being transported to the hospital for better care, and the staff were very respectful and offered their condolences upon her passing.I cannot think of a negative thing to say about Windsor Place.
