I've already moved into Garden Plaza at Inverrary. It's pretty much the only one I looked at because I have friends here. It's excellent. I love it. The apartment is great. The staff is outstanding. They bend over backwards to help you. They call my apartment a loft, but it's a studio apartment. When you walk in, the bathroom is to the left, you walk through the kitchen, and then there's a platform that's I'm using as a bedroom. There are two steps down, and that's where the living room is. I have two huge closets, one is a walk-in closet. I'm on the first floor, so I have a walkout terrace because I have a dog. The only thing I have to do is open the terrace door and I can walk her right out to the grassy areas to do her business. There's a lounge, a dining room, an auditorium, a pool table room, a library, and a beauty shop. I haven't had a chance to try everything yet. There are tons of enrichment activities to keep your brain sharp, and then they have entertainment like bingo. They have a shuttle bus. They take us to different places, like today they took people to the bank. Sometimes the food arrives, and it's not always hot, but it's delicious. That's the only complaint I have. We had Thanksgiving dinner yesterday, and it was divine.

We didn't like Garden Plaza at Inverrary. It's right next to the interstate, so the traffic is very loud. It doesn't look bad from the outside. It doesn't look terrible on the inside, but it's old. I think they need to redo more. Their gym was ridiculous. The guy who gave us the tour was very good and very pleasant, and the people there were very friendly and pleasant. They have bingo twice a day and that seemed to be the big thing. They had a library. The gym might as well not even be there. They had a small pool. There wasn't anything to write home about. We spoke to a gentleman that's been there five months, and he was very happy there. He said the best thing about the place was the staff.

My cousin is already living in an independent living community called Garden Plaza at Inverrary. It's wonderful. It's super clean. They have nice employees over there. They have everything that they need. They have plenty of places to have fun during the day. The restaurant is beautiful and huge. The food is wonderful, too. They have a TV section with different furniture. They give them popcorn. They have all day long coffee or drinks and they're free for them. It has a beautiful library. It has a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. It's nice. It has beautiful gardens outside, too. The apartment is wonderful, too. She has a one-bedroom with a huge family room. It has a small kitchen and two bathrooms. It's a nice apartment. I ate dinner there, and it's like restaurant food. It is really good. The only thing that I notice is the portion size, it is small. I think the big guys who are probably there are going to be hungry because there is not plenty for them. It's a small portion but it is really good. We have soups, salad, the entrée, and then dessert. It was nice for dinner. They charge her (for the guest) for dinner $12 and if it is for lunch, it's $7. The staff members are respectful and friendly. They talk to you, and they're nice. They put the activities for the day on the elevator, to remind them, the day before. They have like every hour different things to do. It's good because they're active all day long. They build puzzles. Everything is good. They have different activities during the day. That place is wonderful. The apartment is clean, and in general, the building is clean, like all the hallways and the elevator. I'm not sure how much she's paying, but I think it's a good price because she's happy there. Everything is wonderful. The nice thing is, next to that building, is another one just for dependent living. When it is time for her to move out, she is going to be familiar with the area. It's going to be the building next door.

I am moving into the Garden Plaza at Inverrary on September 1st. They have independent living, they have nurses available, and they have an ALF too. They have three meals a day and basic TV cable, which is included in your rent. The staff was very polite. They were very sociable, very very helpful, and good at giving you information. They showed me the models, and I saw the model for the studio which is a loft, and it was very large, as for the model for the one-bedroom. And they're all very large. The one bedroom is 1175 sq. ft. and the model for the studio is 600 sq. ft. There are two walk-in closets for the studio. Everything was nice and I met people there. Everything was immaculate on my floor, which was the fourth floor. I saw the laundry, it was so clean, two washers, two dryers, and had two chairs to sit in when you get tired. It had an ironing board, it didn't have the iron in it. I met some people in the dining room and they have a private dining room there too. They have four elevators, two in the back, and two in front. The two in the back were extra large, that's where you move your furniture in. They have housekeeping once a week. The staff was very kind, and respectful. They have a screened-in patio in all the apartments. The studio has a commode and a shower, the refrigerator is kind of low, it has an ice tray, an air conditioning unit, and a microwave oven. They have a stove, it's not too high, and not too large. They have an outlet for basic cable and insurance comes with the rent. Now when you go into the apartment, the studio and one-bedroom and I think the two bedrooms, you walk in and you go two steps to go downstairs, there are only two steps down. They have a rail and they have on either side of the rail two bookcases, and I thought that was very, very extraordinary. It is exceptional. They have an auditorium where you go to exercise. They have a clubhouse and a pool, and I think it's very nice.

My mother stayed at Garden Plaza at Inverrary. It was a very nice facility. Her apartment was very roomy, very spacious, and very nice. The staff was good. The food was good. She participated in the bible study class and colleges come out and do talks, which she enjoyed. They had exercises and a variety of different programs.

My mom has been living at Garden Plaza at Inverrary and she loves it there. The place is much bigger and it's a continuum so there's one building that's independent, one that's assisted, and one that's a nursing home. They're all on the same property. They just trained a whole new staff and sent them in. The people go to the casino once a month, play bingo twice a day, and they get three meals daily with a nice selection of food. My mom has a huge 1-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. I think it's too big, but she likes it. The place is great the way it is.

I looked at the assisted and independent living level of Garden Plaza. They had very large apartments in the independent living. We loved the place. The atmosphere, the staff, and the facilities were perfect, so it’s the only I really wanted for my mom. The only problem I had with them was there were two steps down to the living room.

Garden Plaza was lovely. The rooms were wonderful, and the menu seemed OK. The staff people were very knowledgeable and very helpful. I know they had a pool. The dining area was very nice. It looked like a restaurant; it made me think of a restaurant.

Garden Plaza at Inverrary is an independent living community with nice apartments, a swimming pool, laundry service, housekeeping, and transportation. The one thing I was not happy with was that it’s not a gated community. I think they need to gate the whole community for safety.

Garden Plaza is nice, but it’s just not my cup of tea. The rooms are small, and the staff seems fairly nice. The view seemed nice. They have quite a bit of activities: they have little art classes, exercise classes, and a little gym. It’s close to shops. It seemed to be really nice there.

I like Garden Plaza very much. It’s beautiful and clean. It’s not far from Oakland Park. It’s high end. The woman is very nice. They showed me a bedroom with a nice kitchen. They have everything; they even have a beautiful theater.

I stayed at Garden Plaza for almost a year. The good thing about them is the apartments are very large. The largest is 1700 sq/ft., which is a 2-bedroom apartment. I don't think there's any independent or assisted living place that is as large. The food is good. There's a new director there right now, so things may change. I understand that he is doing very well there. I know they had a number of directors going in and out.

Garden Plaza at Inverrary was the only one that my mom was really interested in because of the price, the features and the setting. I thought it was beautiful and very up-to-date. They also have a lot to offer. It is just a very A+ rating facility.

I really like this facility. First of all, the staff overall, were pretty nice. The way they handled the patients gave off the impression that they actually care about the residents. I also liked that they were having a fashion show (which included residents and employees). I imagine that living in a assisted living facility can get kind of boring. It looks like they have monthly and weekly activities to keep the residents occupied. During my visit, I ate lunch in the cafeteria and it was really good. Also, the overall look of the facility was nice as well. There was a garden on the outside and the inside of the main building was clean and the hallways were not crowded with patients or visitors. I will mention that there was one nurse that was kind of rude. Me and my guest did not know which entrance to use to get into the building and we were kind of wandering around outside a entrance that was reserved for employees. Instead of directing us to the entrance, she gave us an attitude and told us that we need to find another entrance. What I didn't like about this was that this nurse didn't know who I was. I could have had family staying in the facility and this could possibly give off a bad impression. She should mind her attitude in the future. Overall, this was a really nice assisted living facility. If I had to choose, I would have this place as an option for a family member of mine to live in.

While near the area, we headed over to the to check out Garden Plaza at Inverrary assisted living facility. It looked really well-kept from the outside as we drove up. They offer many living arrangements here, from studios to more spacious 2 bedroom spaces. The kitchens were quite nice, and all electric. Bathrooms were designed with safety in mind. Residents may also enjoy a restaurant dining experience with original culinary and traditional creations. Seniors may also reserve the private dining room for their own special occasions and visitors. There is a billiards room and large event space. The fitness room includes a heated swimming pool and spa. The many recreational activities include trips to visit the local and surrounding area cultural and entertainment hubs such as art galleries and museums and eateries. They also attend fairs, festivals and other community gatherings. We could see that the residents are treated with care, kindness and respect by friendly and courteous staff.
