My mom is in Barrington Terrace at Boynton Beach. It has been very good. It's very clean. Everyone is very kind. They seem very engaged in my mom's care and have been very helpful. They're always available to answer my questions or concerns. They're very transparent with communication. Overall, I would say they're very easy to deal with and always available. I've tried their food, and it's excellent by far and better than most restaurants. Their common areas are beautiful. Their activities are outstanding. Their activities director is amazing. A lot of care and concern goes into particularly the memory care unit patients, which is where my mom is as well as all of the residents. Everyone seems very happy. When I interact with other residents there, they all have wonderful things to say. They encouraged me to move in though I'm a little young. It's been awesome. The staff are very caring and very nice. Everyone hands out their cell phone numbers like candy. You can get a hold of anybody any time of day or night if you need anything. They have a great network of private duty care there as well, so if your loved one needs extra care, they can assist with referrals.

I toured Barrington Terrace at Boynton Beach. I enjoyed that. The woman who took me around to the tour, we discussed having animals, and she brought her two goldens with her so I could meet them. I thought that was very sweet. They have very good staffing, clients, and employees, so that was good. It has longevity. The rooms, what I noticed is that they do not have a lot of windows, yet the way it was put up, it took a lot of sunlight. It was a very open, nice feeling. It wasn't dark and gloomy. The bathroom was a little bit smaller than the other community. The staff was wonderful. I didn't get to eat there, but I liked it. They don't have a pool. The apartments were a bit bigger. I requested to see one bedroom because the studios are just too small.

I toured Barrington Terrace at Boynton Beach for my aunt. The staff who accommodated me during the tour was really lovely, she was very nice. I didn't have any food, but it looked very good from what I saw in the restaurant. It appeared to be very nicely laid out. I liked the idea that they have an apartment available for my aunt on the first floor, which I liked because she is legally blind. So for her to get on an elevator by herself would be difficult.

My 91 year old father recently moved into Barrington assisted living at Boynton Beach. Every staff member has been so welcoming, kind , and supportive. We want to especially thank Will, who is the head of the maintenance department for all his help in settling mt father into his new home during a very difficult, and stressful time. From my hole family we want to thank you for all that you have done.

We found Barrington Terrace at Boynton Beach for my mother, and she has moved in there. We thought it was the best match for her because it was a smaller community. Everybody seems caring and loving there; they made a point to learn her name. All the staff knows her name already, so they always address her by her name, which I think is very important. Her room is very nice, her apartment is nice, it has large windows with lots of light. They have a lot of activities and live music.

We chose Barrington Terrace at Boynton Beach for my mother-in-law because of good reviews. The fact that rehab, assisted living, and memory care were all in one facility, good reputation for care; it would've been minimal change when she went into rehab there, which she did. She then went to their assisted living, and it was less of a traumatic move than going to another facility. They have been very accommodating, communicating well, and have filled up every request we've asked. It's been a very positive experience so far. Normally, they have a full range of activities. Right now because of Covid, it's pretty much reduced to some hall bingo. Meals are still in their room, not in a bigger dining room. They have started some visitation so some family members have been able to visit her. She said the food was better in rehab than in the assisted living part, but lately she said that the last dinners were pretty good. Overall, she's satisfied. We're getting a good value. I've only seen it virtually, but I have depended on reports from family members who say it's spotless and it's lovely. Her room is a studio, but it's light and airy, and with a window that looks out onto the patio. There's a fountain.

Barrington Terrace at Boynton Beach is very nice. It's been on lockdown since our mother moved in there so we weren't able to go and visit her, but we're in touch all the time with the director. We call her and she calls us. So far, our mother has been liking it. They also had a calendar full of activities even though they shut everything down because of COVID. Their staff is very nice and very friendly.

Everything was excellent at Barrington Terrace. It was a very nice place. The staff seemed to be very knowledgeable and very friendly. Most of all of them have been there for a long time, so I think that says something for this community. The rooms werebeautiful. I have already chosen a room and waiting for one to become available. The room is very small but fine for what I need. For activities, they have bingo, card games, movie night, and religious night with mass, too. They had a wonderful menu with a big selection where you can select whatever you want.

I felt like Barrington Terrace was an appropriate place for my husband. It was small and intimate. It had a beautiful gathering spot and a nice dining room. I went there during lunch time and the food really smelled good. I loved the staff, they were wonderful. Their activities looked OK. Overall, I'm very happy that I found this place.

I visited Barrington Terrace at Boynton Beach. It’s a nice place but just too small. The only problem I have is that my activities and what I like to do are totally different, but their staff were all nice and friendly.

The gal who gave me the tour at Barrington Terrace at Boynton Beach was very nice and sweet. Everyone I met there was very nice. They were setting up for bingo while I was there. When she took me down the hall where the residents' rooms were, it smelled. The carpet smelled like urine. The food looked great, though. There was a lady who was blind sitting all by herself in the dining area, and they let her walk down the hallway to her room by herself. The kitchenette was really small. There is a pull cord in the bedroom and bathroom if they need help or assistance.

We ended up going back to Barrington Terrace for my mother. She has been there about a year and a half, and everything is very good. It is homelike, and the staff has been very helpful. She has a single apartment with a bedroom, and the space is very good. The dining facility is average.

I only needed to visit one place named Barrington Terrace, and it was exceptional. It is very organized and very clean. Everybody is friendly, and the people are very helpful. The staff is very wonderful. They handle situations very calmly, and they communicate well. They email and follow up with a phone call. They are very on top of it. They have hospital care on the premises, so it is good. It is not too big, and it is not too small. The food is great, and I can't say enough about them. They are wonderful. They take them out on outings, and they have entertainment that they bring in the facility. They have dances, games, and magic shows. It is great.

My mother-in-law stayed in Barrington Terrace for six weeks. It is a very nice home with very caring people. It was a nice experience for us, but it wasn’t great for her. There wasn’t anybody there who could deal with the paranoia that she went through. The residents seemed happy over there. They have very nice activities. They have a karaoke every Sunday and weekend games, which she never participated in. They have a very nice restaurant facility with tablecloths. Barrington is very nice for a person who's retired and slightly handicapped.

I was very impressed with Barrington Terrace at Boynton Beach. The facility is very positive and it seemed like a very caring place. It feels very comfortable and it also very clean. The staff who toured me around the facility introduced me to all the potential people who would have contact with my mother. They made me feel like I'm a part of the community. They took me to so many places and I was able to observe how clean the facility was. Their dining room is very clean and I saw the residents eating.

The woman who gave us the tour of Barrington Terrace was very friendly and nice. I was not thrilled with the size of the rooms. Everything seems smaller. But other than that, it seem like a down to earth place. They baked a pie that was really good and they let us take that home. We liked the pie. That was very nice that they do that. The dining room was nice, but we didn't really eat there. They seem to have a variety of different activities, too. And because it was a smaller place, it seem like they were more closer and intimate.

It has personalized service. The staff is very caring. They pay a lot of attention to the people that are in their facility and make sure that their needs are met. The rooms are clean. They're not as big as the others but they're very nice. They also have flat screen TVs. The food there is wonderful. My mother is happier there.
great smaller facility

I have been a healthcare professional in the area, including a year as a representative of a resource guide for seniors. I have worked with every large assisted living and skilled nursing facility in Palm Beach County, and Barrington Terrace is among the best. They have a dedicated team of professionals who are truly caring people, and I have recommended them to many families, all of whom thanked me for the recommendation. They are the only community that offers both assisted living and memory care along with skilled nursing and rehabilitation, and that continuum of care is critically important for our elders. I have arrived unannounced many times, and as I go through the building to meet the social workers, the nursing and rehab teams, or the resident services director I see the warm interaction between the staff and the clients. The building is always meticulously clean, and having dined there many times I can attest to the quality of the food. Finally, their pricing is very competitive with other communities in the area.

This facility is one of a kind and very selective. My husband was admitted from the hospital to the rehab and had a wonderful experience. Rehab team and nursing helped us get him home quicker than expected. The medical director cam e in twice a week and so caring. The food was vey good, home style cooking and the service was great. It's a small facility and that's what I think makes a difference when someone is recovering.

They were a little higher in price than I could afford, but it seemed like a very nice place. The main gal was showing me around. The patients looked a little bit worst for wear than my husband is. It didn’t look like a particularly good fit anyway, even though they were more than I could afford.

We stopped in to see the Barrington Terrace of Boynton Beach while in the area, as an option for my friend's mother. The grounds looked very well maintained. The receiving area had a nice, calm and pleasant vibe. The staff was welcoming, despite the fact that we hadn't an appointment. The community rooms we saw were all nicely decorated, with plenty of space for all kinds of activities and social interactions. The staff also appeared to be able to handle all levels of ambulation. The eating areas featured appetizing meals. There was a homey and pleasant atmosphere and the seniors all looked like they enjoyed their food. They also take special requests and suggestions to keep the foods offered interesting. The private living spaces featured beautiful furnishings and decorations, with fresh air, light and calming colors. The activities ranged from board games, to discussions, private reading and watching film and TV. The seniors go on regular outings to local restaurants, cultural hubs, libraries, films and theater. The seniors may take exercise classes such as yoga and aerobics, or use the weight training and other equipment. They may also enjoy the outer walk ways around the building safely. The staff encourages residents to enjoy physical activity as much as possible. The seniors all appeared to be very well taken care of by very nice and capable staff.
