You can tell the owner is really trying to cut corners on everything. Entire facility is extremely rundown and falling apart. The food looked greasy and old. I feel really bad for my friend whom I was visiting. I try to visit often but it’s extremely unpleasant to be there. It’s definitely not a pleasant environment for anyone visiting or the residents.

Panorama Living was affordable. The staff was nice and seemed to be happy. They took time to show me the facility and the residents looked well cared for. The place was clean. They had a garden, multiple sitting areas with TVs, and it looked like some of the residents could play games and stuff like that. I didn't see anything that was alarming, but it was definitely an older facility and not as new as some of the other ones that we've seen. (however that doesn't take away from the care they provide).

I toured Panorama Living, I went inside and was guided by one of the nurses. The problem is, I was told that it's $2000 a month and they raised it to $2800 a month after talking to me because I told them that my mom likes to wander. What I liked about it was that there weren't many people in there and she can get one-on-one attention. It seemed kind of run down and could use a touch-up. The temperature was also kind of warm in there, and my mom likes to sleep with cold air. I like it for how small it is and they have activities for the people. They do gardening, they take them out, and you're also allowed to pick up your loved ones and take them out to lunch or dinner, which is cool. The person who gave me the tour was very knowledgeable. She's one of the three nurses that live on the property and she was helpful. I think the facility could use a touch of paint, it doesn't mean that it's dirty, it's just marked up.

I visited Panorama Living. It was very nice and they really seem to care for their patients. They had a garden that they all worked in, they had arts and crafts, and they had therapy. I like the fact that the staff lives there 24 hours, it's great. They offer all kinds of programs for both assisted living and memory care. I was very pleased with the place and the staff was great.

We toured Panorama Living. Their cost is great. It's only $2000 a month, but now we see why because it was dingy and dark in there. It was awful and kind of stunk. I don't even know how they would feed all the people because the kitchen was so tiny. The living room was so cramped, and it was terrible. We couldn't find the front door going in. I would not recommend that at all. I have nothing positive. We even set an appointment with the manager, and she wasn't even there. She didn't even meet with us. A worker happened to pass by, and so she showed us around a little bit. But the manager never even bothered to show up. We didn't get any information, so it was very poor. We only saw an aide and a cook when we were there. There was old furniture in the main area and in the room. It looked dirty. The staff who helped us was fine. She was nice. She was way overworked. They also need to make it clear how to get into the place, and they need to keep their appointments. They need to update the furniture, paint the walls and make the kitchen facilities better.

We went to Panorama Living. They're kind of standoffish. Because we can't go through the front door we had to drive a truck around the back and take my father who can hardly walk in the backdoor. It was a nice place, but I didn't think they were very accommodating to people coming there to visit. It looked like a great place, and I would love my dad to be there, but it was too expensive for what I was looking for. They're understaffed and it really was hard to get somebody to show the place. It was clean, it's pretty big, and it's an older building. COVID was an issue, so it was difficult to visit. They were very careful. They make you put on a gown with a mask, so they were very protective of the people staying there. I didn't have a problem with it because they're elderly and they're more receptive to getting sick. It was homey.

I was very impressed with Panorama Living. They've got nice people. The facility was a little old and worn, but very comfortable and very clean. It was like a nice, large house.

Panorama Living's layout was very nice and very clean. I was impressed with their activities. The administrator seemed very knowledgeable. They had cards and gardening. The dining area was very nice and clean, and the menu looked very good. The staff was very good, too.

The facility does not fit the requirements that are to be followed under FL statutes. While their staff members are very caring the ones who have the ultimate say don't do everything within their power to do right by the residents. In addition to this, they are understaffed under healthcare statutes (as a certified healthcare worker I'm full aware of what they are). Because of this, things are often tremendously chaotic at Balmy Beach ALF Inc. Both the the needs of the residents and the staff as a whole are not being met because to some people this is a business and just that and I find this very unfortunate. All that said, the grand majority of the staff truly do care and try to do right by their residents and depending on the needs of the resident, it is a place that truly does care to do right by residents who are under Hospice Caer.
